I dont see how Hopkins could ever beat a prime RJ. Roy was never the same after going to Heavyweight.

roy is just talking out his ass now. who stayed at 160? Who refused the offers?

Hopkins didn't want any part of Roy, especially while Roy was still in his prime...I've been saying this for a while. Moving along: Roy said he would fight Joe after Tito. Kenny said "at 168?", Jones said yes. However, this fight cannot be at 168, it must be at LH or expect Jones to arrive in a casket before the fight even starts.

Damn I missed it. What did he say exactly? He basically said Bernard had pulled out of fighting him 3 times already so he doesn't think Bernard is really serious about fighting him, and he's written off any chance of fighting him.

He could be right, but Im not quite sure. He was talking about fighting Joe Calzaghe in Wales, that would have been a great fight a few years ago, but even though Joe is a little older as well, he's better than RJJ at this point in their careers. Back in the day Roy handles him.

I'm more interested in what he said about him fighting Joe if the Hop fight doesn't come off. He said he would even travel to the U.K. to fight him. Roy said, hey, Ricky came over here, why not?
