These are undoubtedly the best guys without a belt. I like Kessler and Mosley and all, but compared to these guys at the moment... i think tony thompson is the best american heavyweight, nice to see someone reppin tony the tiger in their avatar. i think he beats chagaev is he gets the title shot

its without a doubt Pacquiao. he has no REAL belt, not even the RING one. yet hes considered p4p #2.... 2nd is Wright. and last is Rafa Marquez. These are undoubtedly the best guys without a belt. I like Kessler and Mosley and all, but compared to these guys at the moment...

probably Pacquiao or Hopkins. I know B-Hop has the Ring title but its not an official world title. It may have more worth but it's still no a 'world' title.
