anybody seriously suggesting that mayweather will ko mosley should probably take up another sport. mosley has taken massive shots from cotto, forest, vargas, de la hoya and has finished all those fights. mosley also has a very fast jab still and his speed would definitely cause mayweather problems. look at how judah troubled floyd and mosley is better. im not saying shane will definitely win but this fight is still pretty competitive imo

It's not a good matchup for Cotto, but I think he's a good enough fighter that he's never going to look real bad.

Prime De La Hoya hits harder than Floyd, Shane fought and beat him twice, at 147 and 154. At this stage in Shane's career, Floyd most likely wins a decision, but a KO/TKO? Not a chance.

That fight won't happen cuz it aint enough money involved. It's only ONE more fight for Floyd to take (not counting a rematch between DLH) and that's with Cotto. He's the only one that even has a chance of doing a million buys in a fight with Floyd. The public won't pay to see anyone else fight Floyd (unless it's a rematch with DLH). But hypothetically...Floyd by unanimous decision. Mosley don't even have his stamina anymore. He was tired as hell in the EARLY stages of that fight and he finished it on a second wind. But mosley's career is over...he won't get another big pay day because it's only one person that is doing so and that is Floyd. DLH has some clout left but Floyd has got the whole boxing sport on his shoulders. He's the only one bringing in the PPV buys. No one else is producing. Soon they are gonna have to start fighting on regular HBO because once Floyd leaves nobody will do over 500,000 PPV buys.

i think people are under-estimating shane. floyd fought a great fight on saturday but mosley is a completely different style for him to deal with. shane will bring fast hands, good power and a JAB, all of which will cause floyd problems. im not saying that mosley will definitely win this fight but i think its a lot more competitive than people here are suggestingOk Mosley might have speed and power, but he also has the weakest pitter-pat jab I've ever seen...oh wait, Judah has one just like it! i really don't think a fight between floyd and shane needs to come off since shane didn't beat cotto. i give shane like a 1 in 6 chance to beat floyd. i mean shane is a warrior and i don't think he'd get KO'd like hatton did but he wouldn't win. he's just too old now i think. and i love shane. i just wish he would take an easy farewell fight and hang them up.

I do not think Shane would get knocked out by floyd first off... and it wouldn't be a HUGE blow out... But Mayweather would win sorta easy... shanes only gettin older ya know.
