Pernell Whittaker. not saying they're the same skill level, just saying that having power isn't everything. Whitaker had enough power to hurt his opponents, he even hurt Chavez. I don't know if the same could be said about Paulie. His strength is comparable to a Winky Wright in the middleweight division.
