I'm going to stop posting if Floyd loses.
A fight has never meant so much to me before.
If Floyd loses, all my arguments at boxingbаnter were in vain.
I can't face you all if Mayweather loses.
I just can't.
If Hatton wins tonight I wont blame you for your predictions on Mayweather winning, even I think Mayweather will win and I'm a Brit. I can see this fight being Mayweathers toughest yet though with all the hitting and hugging Hatton does, will be hard for Mayweather to maneuver across the ring.
Calzaghe is better all round than Hatton, even if Hatton wins tonight. I can see Calzaghe adding B-Hop, Jones and Pavlik maybe (?) to his resume before he is done.

Hatton needs to fight and beat Cotto to be considered the greatest Briton.
He'll win tonight, definitely, but Mayweather is a former super-featherweight who struggled for his life against Zab and Oscar (who were years past their bests) before they took their feet off the gas.
Greatness is taking risks, this Mayweather fight isn't a risk - he's fighting the so-called 'pound-for-pound best' for $50million in all.
Cotto is a risk.
That's sort of misleading. Floyd has been Ring champ only at 130, 135, and 147. He didn't win that at 154 title against Oscar, who only had a paper title at the time, and he's not fighting Hatton at 140.
Cory Spinks left the division.
He was the man.
Hatton was the man at 140lbs - He beat Tszyu
De La Hoya was the man at 154lbs - Everyone left & He beat Mayorga
Baldomir was the man at 147lbs - He beat Zab Judah
Genaro Hernandez was the man at 130lbs.
Jose Luis Castillo was the man at 135lbs.

Even if Hatton were to beat Floyd, he still would be second-best to Joe Calzaghe.
I agree. It's clear he is in another league in terms of skill, regardless of opposition.
Yeah Floyd is the man...
After he kills hatton tonight he will arguably have all 3 ring belts.
Hattons at 140
Baldis at 147.
oSCARS AT 154.
CAN YOU SAY BEAST.
To win Hatton's ring belt at 140, HE HAS TO FIGHT HATTON AT 140.:smashfrea
really? u consider the man at 54, and hatton the man at 47? what about cotto, or williams?

On a serious note, if Hatton beats Floyd he will be the greatest british boxer ever, he will accomplish what none of our fighters have accomplished.

If he beats Hatton, Cotto and Margarito should fight and winner takes on Floyd. After that, Floyd can retire have a solid place in history as an all time great.
He'd have beaten the man in every division from 130lbs - 154lbs.
That would solidify his greatness.
A win over Cotto would only add jizm to the cake.
