I am going out on a limb saying this, and I'll prob get some red karma, but I think that Feliciano has better wins than Cintron. Their combined 6 losses (Feliciano=5, Cintron=1) have both come from major step ups in class. But their notable wins have been against good opposition as well. Now this is where I am going to say that I think Feliciano has better wins than Cintron. Cintron's best wins are against Walter Mathyesse and David Estrada (again guys who have been beaten when they stepped up to world class, Estrada against Berto, closely against Cintron, and somewhat closely against Mosley, and Mathyesse has been demolished 3x and has an extremly padded record) but Feliciano's best wins are against welterweight prospect Delvin Rodriguez (who I do acknowledge was winning until he was KO'd), Vince Phillips (who KO'd Kostya Tszyu and is a formal World Champion), He beat Alfonzo Gomez and had a draw with him (as well as a loss) and has beat numerous (3 or 4) undefeated prospects.
In closing, I am not saying he will win, but he has beat the better names, and lost to good names as well.
My beloved dudes, I am from Guayanilla, Puerto Rico just like Jesse Feliciano's family. My uncle has followed his career better than I and said Feliciano got decent power and not to understimate his record. Most of his fights has been as "last minute fillups", so he has barely prepare well for his past bouts. Still, he has KO and surprised his opponents as the UnderDog who came to freeze the party.
So far he got fights agaisnt Alfonso Gomez (1W by UD - 1L by TKO-1 ND), Demetrius Hopkins (loss by KO), Freddy Cadena (won by KO and sent him to ER), and most recently beated Delvin Rodriguez by TKO.
It is my opinion, Feliciano could surprise Cintron and win by KO, but that's it. But most of his loses (3 out of 5) has been by KO. It doesn't look good agaisnt Cintron, who got one of the top KO-WINS ratio. Last but not least, just like Arturo Gatti, his face gets quickly swollen. So maybe, they will stop the fight due to unability to "see".
My call is Kermit Cintron by KO before the 6th round. :killyou:

i thought alfonso gomez beat him 3 times.........the first time i saw the third fight i thought it was a draw but watching it again, i think gomez won that fight...the second was jsut a flat out robbery in favor of feliciano....
word up, I think people will be more suprised then they think, Feliciano is a decent fighter. I'm rooting for him, I made a post about rooting for him but no one ever responded. That Delvin fight was aweseome. In any event i think this will be an entertaining fight.
