Hasim Rahman fights tonight.

Just watched his first fight against Tua which also was his first loss but man, that was the best rahman ive ever seen! he was much faster and sharper than he is today! Today hes so sloppy and slow! he was much better in the first Tua fight but stillnot good enough to beat Tua who also was in his prime that time. A good heavyweight bout! I hope he realizes that this is it and just go ahead to train his son. I heard his kid is pretty good but still like 16 or something? This would be a good fight for Vitali Klitschko vs Rahman, Vitali was saying how he still might want a a fight before he gets his shot at the winner of Peter-Maskaev, why not fight Rahman and show people that you werent really running for Rahman.

it was a horrible fight, all they were doing was huggin eachother on the ropes, especially rahman, cause he knew if he would fight from distance that zuri would outbox him, rahman is done, hes just not there no more

Rahman looked bad. He has no real stamina and little else in his arsenal than a right cross set up not by a jab, but rather a push into the ropes. He needs some serious roadwork and to re-learn how to throw if not a good jab, at least an effective one that sets up that right of his. Normally Rahmans jab is one of his best weapons, he has a powerjab!! He used it often aganst Ryan, but also in other fights. Rahman had always problem with hooks though, the always look so sloppy, maybe because he has so long arms.

88-82, they were going to rob Lawrence. He was beating that ass. He looked just as bad against Sykes, I'm not surprised at all. He's just lucky he got the W, so he can go back to cutting weight and getting in better shape. He's so slow and one dimensional though. He looked already in verry good shape and 143 is a decent weight for him, but it seems hes just done. If he cant win rounds against Zuri Lawrence, i doubt he could beat any good heavyweight, even if he gets down to 235. Hes shot. Oh man it looks just so bad for the american heavyweights.

Memo to Hasim....it's over,give the gloves up.I know he had some nice paydays...hopefully he saved some of it.

He didn't look as fat as the last time, but the dude seriously needs to hang up the gloves. His legs are gone, the jab definitely isn't what it used to be, and he's slow as hell. I agree with one of the posters that said he needs to fight Evander. It would probably be a descent payday, but call me crazy I think that Evander would hand his ass to him on a silver platter. It should be a 12 round fight for some made up title like maybe the over the hill belt, or the washed up championship, or some shit like that. I think that fight would be hilarious.:banana:

Good old Hasim Rahman, I wanna see him fight Oleg Maskaev again so he can get knocked the fuck out for the 3rd time by the same guy. Rahman is another punk ass American Heavyweight that should just retire, American Heavyweights are terrible and they make me sick.
