Who's 2007 Fighter Of The Year?

That is a no brainer....Miguel Cotto fought 3 times 2007, victorious in all, even fought a future hall of hamer in Shane Mosley, and a former undisputed champion in Zab Judha.

Kelly Pavlik just because he's the new face. Yeah it would seem reasonable for Cotto or Mayweather to win it, but Mayweather already has won and so has Cotto I think.
