I have grown to like Winky over the last few years. I model my own style somewhat after him. Now I am wondering why we haven't heard a peep from him since the Hopkins fight, which I thought Winky might have nudged out.
I'd like to see Winky take on Roy, the winner of Pavlik-Taylor II, or Miranda, or even Kessler or Calzaghe.
I don't think he has to drop all the way back to 160 just yet, what do you think about winky fighting either Calzage or Kessler, either one, could be interesting. Opinions?
as far as im concerned, the hopkins fight didnt even happen.. it was such a shitty boring fight..
im going to tell u why winky lost that fight, because hopkins didnt want to fight.
hopkins, as far as im concerned, lost my respect because of that dirty headbutt. winky took about half the rounds esp in the begining, but faded after the headbut, and after hopkins clinches every 6 or so seconds.
its really fustrating to fight someone to clinches at least 15 times per round..
winky is a great fighter.. he is a technician and should stay at 160.. shit, he should even fight vernon if he wanted to..
i actually dont want to see him against pavlik. he could get seriously hurt in that fight. i would pick him to beat Miranda or Taylor in the rematch though.
He's out their waiting for Oscar or the Next best fight out their, I think he should fight one of the other Champions at 160 and then go after the pavlik Vs Taylor Winner.

ok but why did you have to put up a picture of him with a nasty cut? you could have posted a picture of him giving somebody a boxing lesson or something.
i would love to see him fight Mirinda, and the winner of Pavlik-Taylor II (AKA Jermain Taylor). I wouldn't mind seeing a few fights he knows he can dominate either.
