I could see Jones fighting Mayorga, Pavlik, Taylor, Kessler, B-Hop, JoeC, any of 'em. In that order probably. The more I think about the fact that Vargas/Mayorga is going to be SMW and with it happening so close to Jone/Tito at 170 makes me think that Mayorga/Jones might be in the cards afterwards. I mean Pavlik and Taylor are going to be tied up for quite a bit, B-Hop is probably already getting the winner of Kes/Joe, Bute should already be getting the loser (IMHO), so that puts Jones still 1 more fight out of a big glory title shot. Soooo.. why not throw him in with another bloated up semi-decent-big name (hell, he did fight oscar, ha) that he should beat on paper with ease. PLUS, it's another catch-weight at 170 fight which keeps open title shots at both 168 and 175. It's a win-win-win for all parties, imo. come on bro you know he tripped on his feet.

Comparing the step up in weight between Tito and B-Hop is the stupidest thing I've ever heard. B-Hop was a lengthy, perfectly conditioned 160 pounder, meaning he was actually able to flourish in higher weight classes because he wouldnt have to trim down (as much). Tito just relied on, well, punching power, he didn't have anything else to lean on, Tito actually looked like an amateur against guys who could take his punches (DLH, B-Hop, Winky, even Mayorga was able to toy with him for a little bit). Deluded? If Roy pressured Hanshaw after the knockdown I think there would've been a good chance he couldve KO'd him. I don't think he will do that against Tito though. He knows what this fight could mean for him and he will go for the kill if need be.

These past their prime guys get too much accolades though. people have Winky Wright at like #3 p4p on alot of lists. Everybody knows that means nothing to me but the point is these guys are getting to be really overrated. these old guy tournaments shouldn't mean very much in the rankings.

When you win the first 7 rounds or so you dont have to fight the last few. It's not who looks the best at the end.
