WBA orders Valuev-Liakhovich!

A hungry Lyakhovich should easily win a UD over Valuev. Poor Ruiz is probably pissed right now after all that shit he said about Lyakhovich not wanting to fight him on a 10-days notice. sergui did a better job in the politics of it and Ruiz has had a bunch of chances top get his title back, sergui hasn't even tried for WBA. Please lord hear my cries, don't let Valuev win. I hate the ugly ass frankenstein boring fighter.

I don't know... Chagaev just became the WBA champ.... I would imagine he wants to hold on to his title a bit longer that to face Wlad.. Wlad is no Valuev and everyone knows it... Is that the reason he pulled out of the Ibragimov fight? :dunno: Wlad wanted to fight a unification, or at least as you say "a meaningful fight" this year.. Problem is, HBO said they don't have the budget until 2008. This is why I said as early as January Wlad has stated in recent interviews that he was waiting for the outcome of the Ibragimov Holyfield fight to start negotiations, I dont think he will go for Chagaev, but uit doesnt seem to make mych sense because Tony the tiger is the mandatory for Ibragimov, too much stupid ass politics in this sport

Its amazing how little i give a shit about Heavyweights these days I feel the same way...and 'they' use to say,as go the heavyweights go boxing.No longer.... There is not a heavyweight match-up that excites me,while there are many at the lighter weights. Well maybe a ButterBean vs James Toney hot-dog eating contest would be exciting...Sam Peter gets the winner.

When you have a division like the welter and middle weights, you don't need the heavyweights...:gives: I think a guys like Wlad would be a foe in any era but its just the division duznt excite me any more, it needs another Tyson or Ali,if we wait 5 - 10 years 1 should pop up! The problem is that boxing doesn't make this champs fight enough..I would make a champion fight AT LEAST 3 times a year..defend it damnit.. Yeah, I agree completely; three times per year is frequent enough to satisfy fans and not too much to ask from a professional athlete… If Klitshcko fought that “third” fight a year, the division would be much clearer and transparent…

This is fuckin great news, my boy Lyko is gonna UD Valuev and get right back in the HW picture. Lyko is very underrated.

There is no reason for Liakovich to be ranked above Ruiz. There was no reason for Austin to be IBF's mandatory either...
