Unbelievable. I didnt know he had it in him. He came on at the end of the Arantoutis fight to win too. Nice win, Holt is a good fighter. He didn't win that fight against Arnaoutis. He got knocked on his ass and was out-boxed but Mike got robbed on the cards and this bum gets lucky again. What a robbery, throwing shit into the ring, what kind of crap is that. Kendall should protest this fight and get an immediate rematch. Torres should give Arnaoutis a rematch as well as everyone knows he never beat him either. Torres is an overrated bum whose gotten lucky. But he'll snake his way out with a "win" this time again.

Malignaggi and Torres are 5-0 and won titles since they lost to Cotto... It makes his stay at 140 look much more impressive. yes and No. Yes for the obvious but No because he fought both of them when they were pretty green and Torres took the fight on short notice. Neither of them had any kind of big fight experince before Cotto so its not like there taking him on after they were established. Either way, the size factor was just too much

im guessing rounds 6 t0 9 were kinda boring, they said torres was very innactive and still hurt from the knockdown in the 5th...

The networks fucked up not televising this one somehow. Just goes to show that they have no real boxing fan handling which fights get on tv, even max=boxing didn't show this fight

In fights like this I always worry about the stoppage. Holt had Torres hurt but no stoppage and then as soon as Torres has Holt hurt then they stop it? I didnt see it so I dont know but you always have to wonder about that when your in another guy's hometown, espically when it seemed like Holt was winning on points. If he had made it to the cards then he probally wouldve won so I would like to see if that stoppage was legit or not. They may have a Euro ref if you know what I mean. Either way you have to rip Holt because it sounds like he had a chance to end it and he didnt go for it. Thats what happeneds when you let guys hang around

2 things immediatly come to mind and both are because these boards are a joke. 1- Where did all these Columbians come from all of assudden? 2- The whole fight you guys were saying that these were the worst announcers of all time and in one instant you guys are acting like there the best in the business they may have stopped the fight early, they say people got kinda crazy at the end... but cool torres won :D some people thought the announcers were great, and i aggree the announcers were great, and who doesn't like to see a puncher ko another guy i heard it differntly the crowd got crazy with excitment and joy. they almost sank the ring, there were so many people in the ring after the fight. they also said that torres was loseing and loseing badly and was very tired and needed the ko. and then they talked how you must never count out a puncher like torres.
