I think he loses to Malignaggi and Witter fairly convincingly, beats Rees and Urango by wide UD or even KO and is competitive with all the other 140 pounders. He's not completely shot!

I think he loses to Malignaggi, possibly Witter and is competitive with most of the guys at 140. He would beat most people on that list. Vivian Harris is very overrated I feel and I think Castillo beats him every time.
