De la hoya accused of rape and not paying child support

Anybody that thinks delahoya needs to rape a woman is Dumbshit!! Ok sure u dont like delahoya fine, but to say he needs to rape some chic is as Tyson would say"ludacris" this guys Just trying to stir the pot, Just look at his pictures ha ha ha yes delahoya has kids out of wedlock but how many people do u know that also have kids out of wedlock? Delahoya might not be perfect but the guy has a good track record of donating to charitys and is a good role model for young minorities that with enough hard work and dedication one can be succesfull and live the american dream.

yeah i seen this biography about oscar and they said he has children out of wetlock that nobody has ever seen on camera. I dont hate oscar or nothing but he does have a fake image. he is not the perfect golden boy people see on tv. the rape thing is a lie because oscar can get any girl he wants. Sometimes that is the incentive for rape, a guy used to being spoiled/getting what he wants suddenly being rejected by some girl he wants to fuck. Rape is a power play first, not a sex thing. Not saying DLH did anything here though, there's no evidence worth mentioning.

These are pretty crazy claims to lay out there. Even if he did pay the woman hush money. It might have something to do with one of two things. One.. if he DIDN'T do it, it might just be thathe doesn't even want the thought of something like this coming to the surface. Two.. What if it did go to trial, and he somehow lost, when he was infact innocent (if he was).. That'd be so fucked up, I might pay to avoid that possibility. Not saying he did or didn't. I'm saying, none of us know. So, let's not make claims.

None of us know if Oscar committed the crime or not. None of us were present at the alleged encounter. I understand the thought process where someone says if the girl got paid there must have been some guilt, but also DLH takes a crazy public relations hit if the story continues in the news, especially with a lesser burden of proof in a civil case than a criminal trial. The fact that this isn't regularly brought up on the forums is proof that the ordeal has been somewhat stifled. There are a number of boxers who mistreat women, at least allegedly, yet we still root for them. How many "he was a great man" tributes did we see for Corrales? Why is no one picketing outside the Mayorga press conferences? Thing is - I would never defend DLH as a person of great character because I don't know him. I'm limited to what I can see on TV or in the ring. Your right...and you cant tell. But if you look @ stats...Most rapes occurs from whites and blacks in the states. I think DLH isnt as nice as he seems in real life. I was telling this to some people about the Vick dog fight case and told them nobody is 100% pure evil the problem with people that they look at a person doing one thing and based all there assumption it it which is wrong. De La Hoya, who always denied the accusation, was accused along with his brother in a civil lawsuit seeking monetary damages for rape, false imprisonment, sexual battery and assault. Her attorney, Taras Kick, said he is seeking in depositions to establish that "De La Hoya has a fetish with young girls and that he chased (the alleged victim) and he had sex with her ..." All those frivolous claims against Oscar De La Hoya have been dropped and the case is officially closed. I remember arum talking about how delahoy was accused of rape in mexico and arum payed the lady 1 million dollars and we never heard from her again and this never really came to light. Also de la hoya has a couple kids somewhere that he neglected and i think still does. Everyone tries to make floyd look like a bad guy fuck off!!! Who cares... I know i dont.
