Who's got the biggest fan base? Pacquiao, Mayweather, Hatton, Wlad, Barrera, Cotto???

The question should be, whos fans would most likly folllow there fighter half way round the world to see them fight...I think we all no the answer Hatton!! Its not just Hatton but any British fighter doing well..British boxing fans will back there fighter...No other fans can come close!!

I think people that dont really follow boxing much cheer for floyd. they hear he is #1 p4p so they automatically cheer for him..

It really has to be Pac or Cotto. Pac has the president of his country flying in for his fights. Cotto also is rediculously popular amongst PR's and I would imagine that he has a good amount of other spanish fans. So while UK is bigger than PR or Philipines I think that Cotto and Pac have a higher fan saturation rate.

Most of Hattons fans are in the UK and the UK isnt all that big. Pac has fans in his native country and the United States.

there seems to be a very big mayweather fanbase in people who know nothing about boxing alot of people i know dont really know any other current fighters

Not a chance...PACMAN Hatton by far, who else has his kind of following in the boxing world?? Oscar couldnt bring thousands of his fans to the UK to see him fight there. Hatton by a long way. If the filipinos had money theyde do the same as Hatton fans for for Pacman. Pac man has the WHOLE country behind him. Imagine if a 10th of the phillipines bought tix? Pacman by a landslide. You dont see Hatton chillin w/the prez on the regular do ya? Did Hatton do a album? Nope nope... I voted for pBF

Pacquiao is not the best boxer on that list - but he's damn exciting. As far as fan-bases go he has an entire country rabidly following his career- no other boxer can say that. The entire Philippines is for him.

I"ll give some love to Barrera. The way that he changed his entire fight plan and style to soundly defeat Juarez was pure gold. Not many boxers can change their entire styles and be good at it like Barrera.

It's not pointless to put DLH in the poll, as he imo obviously has the biggest fanbase of any boxer..

i think we have a larger population than the UK... :D

I did read the poll, however, and voted for Mayweather, but you'll probably need to redo this for everyone else.

I'd say Hatton out of those because his entire country supports him. Pacquiao and Cotto's fan bases are so loyal it's crazy, but they just can't compete in terms of size, I don't think.
