Miguel Cotto
Paul Williams
Ricky Hatton
Shane Mosley
as long as he fights any of these boxers next i'll be happy:boxing:

1. Miguel Cotto will have alot of problems rying to hit PBF. If PBF lands a hard shot he will be able to finish him because Cotto doesnt have a chin. But I am a huge fan of Cotto and would love to see Cotto win this one.
2. Ricky Hatton the overated bum who builds his record by defeating bums is way to slow for PBF. PBF wins a easy U.D Hatton may posibly win only 3 rounds...Or am I being to nice?
3. I dont know what to say about SMM I dont even know if he still has it in him. SMM doesnt seem motivated. He was even thinking about leaveing the sport of boxing.
4. Best pick is Pual Williams. His work rate is awsome his height advantage is definitly going to help him. He also has great speed. Paul Williams may become the next Hearns. But he'll need alot of power for that.

And Hatton doesn't have one KO as a Welterweight so who cares. Hatton looked like shit against Collazo, now envision Mayweather fighting him and making him work harder. Coming back at 147 to fight the top ranked fighter of that division when you looked like shit the first time fighting someone who's only decent is not a good idea. If Hatton really does want to fight Mayweather, he should fight Malignaggi and then someone else at 147. Malignaggi has great hand speed, Hatton could get a good feel on how to fight against Mayweather later on. However, Mayweather would most likely be retired for good or busy with other things by then. Hatton's ego just got the best of him, he should of never opened his mouth. But if Mayweather moves down to 140 to meet Hatton and fights in the UK, Hatton should take it. It's not like Mayweather would have a problem going that low, he only weighed in at 150 against DLH plus he could ensure himself of retiring afterwards. Doesn't even fucking matter anyways, both of these fighters don't want to fight each other, egos are hard to control.
. Hatton and Mosley have very little of a chance since Floyd can outbox both of them and niether of them has a very good chance of hurting Floyd. .
does'nt hatton have the highest ko percentage out of any of them fighters including mayweather?
I think it's well known that Mayweather's toughest fight to date has been the first Castillo fight. In that mold, the person who beats Floyd will have to be a strong, decently fast pressure fighter who can bum-rush him. It's no secret that if you are strong enough to take three to land one- and skilled enough to break his defense, you can take Floyd.
I think Mayweather is damn near invincible at the lower weights. At weltweight any fighter who can box well enough to land his shots at a decent rate - and cut off the ring so Floyd can't move as he likes- will be able to beat him.
I could only see Mosley doing it. Cotto having a chance. Williams has reach and height but I doubt he could land significantly. He doesn't hit with power and leaves himself open.

I my opinion Sugar Shane Mosley and Paul William can beat him easily as Mosley have speed, power and stamina. While Paul William is a larger in reach and size he can also destroy Mayweather Jr.
Anyone and everyone has a chance, its how big that should be asked. Hatton and Mosley have very little of a chance since Floyd can outbox both of them and niether of them has a very good chance of hurting Floyd. Cotto has the power and style to make it a good fight and he'd have a punchers chance of slowing Floyd down enough to beat him, but he too could be outboxed for 12 rounds. Williams is getting a lot of hype right now, but at this point thats all it is. He has NEVER seen anyone like Floyd and would get toyed with. In order I'd say: Cotto, Hatton, Williams, Mosley.
