So it's generally accepted that Hatton would beat the 2005 version of Gatti, in fact the overwhelming response is that the question makes no sense, it would be that one-sided.
Does the topic creator know what users voted for what in this poll? I'd like the usernames of the users who voted for gatti.
I'm afraid I didn't set it to see the names of the voters. It would be interesting to see though. It's OK that people would vote for Gatti, after all he did look good against Leija. Not as good as Hatton looked against Tszyu but even so, Gatti looked good until he met with Floyd in 05.
Gatti would be lucky to survive, much less win.....he's completely shot.
guessing you didnt read the question buddy, were not talking about the Gatti of now..

To be fair, the poll asks who would have won if the fight had happened in 2005. Incidentally peak Hatton beats any version of Gatti, IMO.
Im not saying Gatti would win but i dont think it would be a walk in the park either. If i remember correctly in 05 that was when Gatti was looking great in the begining of the year beating up Leija. and before that he knocked out Dorin who wasnt exactly a push over. The 05 version of Gatti probobly puts up a good fight with Hatton but Hatton comes up on top, but i think it would be a different story with the 02 version of Gatti that dominated Micky Ward in their 2nd fight as he was much faster and fluid
The Gatti fascination must be an internet and Atlantic City thing, because i honestly dont know how someone can even ask this. I mean i know Hatton is a bit overrated as well, but anytime Gatti ever stepped up competition he lost and not just lost was demolished, whats so hard to see about that.
This topics kind of dumb no offense, because the answers obvious and what ever jokers voted for gatti doesn't know shit about boxing.
There is a point to it. It really is a dumb question to have to make a topic about, but there is a point.
