1.-duran
2.-chavez
3.-monzon
skill wise, finito is second to manos de piedra IMO...
I'd have to disagree with you. Skill wise "Finito" is second to none.
Camacho 6th?! You don't know jacks shit about boxing.Look fool, he was (maybe still is) the 6th. leading vote-getter on the poll at the time of my (15th.) post. If I was actually rating Camacho, I would rate him dead last, not 6th!
I was surprised to see Hector the clown on the poll lol :D
Down goes the credibility of this thread...pffft
Seriously, in no particular order..
*Roberto Duran - the guy was invincible at lightweight, an unstoppable force, a deranged animal with hands of stone, just look at his angst-filled Charles Manson eyes.
*Julio Cesar Chavez
*Carlos Ortiz
*Eder Jofre
*Salvador Sanchez
*Alexis Arguello
*Wilfredo Gomez
The debate and poll can rage on....but who the fuck voted for hector camacho....LMAOOOOOOOOOO...and who was the high fucker that put him on the poll....LMAOOOOOOOOOOOOO
SMH @ Camacho betting more votes than Pedroza and Olivares combined.
Camacho had the talent to be up there with the greatest Latinos ever, but he wasted too much of it. He was a hell of a fighter in the mid 80s, but was never the same mentally after Rosario, and lacks the achievements to be seriously considered.

Is Brazil part of Latin America? I've read and heard some opinions that say it is and other opinions say it is not.
If it is, then there is NO way you should name all these fighters and not at least bring Eder Jofre.
1. Roberto Duran.
2. Julio Cesar Chavez
3. Felix Trinidad
4. Carlos Monzon
5. Alexis Arguello
Of that list of course. You're leaving out Sanchez and Lopez.

Felix "Tito" Trinidad and Hector "Macho" Camacho will both be inducted into the International Boxing Hall of Fame.
And if "YOU" don't think so....
it say's alot about your character.
I might find room for Kid Chocolate in the top five or so for this category
And for the record, Kid Chocolate was one of a number of different fighters who were given "pound for pound" distinction long before Robinson hit the scene, and for one such example;
"Pound for Pound, Kid Chocolate appears to be the best and most attractive fighter in the ring these days." - New York Times, July 13th, 1930
I might find room for Kid Chocolate in the top five or so for this category, and a couple more that deserve mention and haven't gotten it yet, I don't think, are Panama Al Brown and Kid Gavilan.
Vote/name your top 5 greatest Latin fighters of the past.
Mine are:
Roberto Duran
Carlos Monzon
Julio Cesar Chavez
Ruben Olivares
Felix Trinidad
