top 10 welterweights in my eyes...
Shane Mosley
Antonio Margarito
Kermit Cintron
Paul Williams
Floyd Mayweather
Miguel Cotto
Zab Judah
Joshua Clottey
Luis Collazo
Carlos Baldomir... I guess haha...
I think right now its Julio and Berto fighting for a spot in there..
Quintana could very well be in there aswell..
Collazo might be one of better (and possibly one of the worse) welterweights because we really haven't seen his full potential as he gave Hatton a run for his money but then he was scrapped against Shane, but Shane is usually on a different plane than his competition.

Just saw it now. It was a good fight, and K9 actually did much better than I thougt he would. He won a couple rounds and made a couple close. Julio did what I thought he would, punish K9 with the right hand. He may be able to take advantage of an average Super Welterweight division. As far as Welterweight goes, I dont think he is ready for that talent.
Julio vs Cintron would be a very intersting fight for the second half of 2007.
That would be a good fight if Cintron gets past Mattyhse this coming weekend which I think he will. It would make more sense then a Berto fight, even though I would like to see that. For both Berto and Julio that would be a dangerous fight. Both are young and could meet up in the future. I see Julio going after some kind of title fight and Berto after he beats Rivera, I think he wants to fight Quintana, which will be interesting as well. The thing is that the WW division is getting better and better.
I give props to ESPN. For a while there, I never got excitied about WNF/FNF, but they've been putting some good fighters out there and the result has been a lot of great fights recently.

thats what i was thinking as well id love to see julio challenge for that belt once cintron takes care of matthyse
he seems to have a great instinct and knows how to put combos together when he sees his opponent is rocked a bit
the fact that he has good power in both hands makes him dangerous for any fighter
he has that one punch knockout ability
Julio didn't look to bad, but we'll see how he handles a higher level of fighter when that time comes again. I thought K-9 would make this a little more ugly of a fight, but he seemed to hold a lot less than he usually does.
Yeah that Tyson interview was funny as he mispronounced K-9's name and he seemed out of it and gave answers that were hard to understand. It's good ole Mike though.
