I Like The Way Hatton Fights But It Gets On My Tits How It Says In The British Media That If Hatton Beats Castillo He Will Go Down As An All Time Great And In The Same Comment Hatton Says That He Would Love To Fight Mayweather And That He Knows He Wont Retire Because He Hasnt Done Enough To Go Down As An All Time Great, But To Me Mayweather Has Faced Every Best Fighter There Is Is In The Division Hes Been In, Hatton However Has Only Faced 1 Great Fighter In Koysta Tszyu That Had 3 Years Out And 1 Fight And Stll Struggiled To Beat Him. I Think Its All Talk That Hatton Is Callin Out Mayweather Because He Knows He Wont Come Out Of Retirement For Him Because Mayweather Has Bigger Fish To Fry. I Would Like To Know What U Boxing Fans Think On The Matter.

Mayweather has fought better and harder competition than, hatton and cotto put together and he is about as old as hatton. Only Oscar De La Hoya can claim he has fought still better competition than Mayweather, so STFU. Oh and what makes Mayweather even better than DLH is the fact he has actually won those good fights he had. I admire Oscar though, he has more guts than anyone on boxing today. More than any Cottos or Hattons or any of these new guys. Win lose or draw he fought the best. I wish boxing was like this today. don't even compare PBF with any fighter from today I think in the future the Torres and Malignaggi wins will look better. I also think that Cotto will in the next 3 years face a series of top elite fighters.

The question pertinent doubt to that which gets bandied about is...has he fought any one single fighter as high on the P4P list as Tszyu was when Hatton fought him? And the answer is 'No'. Not denying what he MEANT at all. I'm disputing his purpose. Afterall, Tszyu said that he was perfectly fit and ready to go before he fought Hatton. Yet afterwards people decided that he was past it, was shot, was a shell of his former self. Why is it that THEY are allowed to dispute the legitimacy of Kosyta's OWN statements and I'm not allowed to dispute the purpose of Ricky's? ROFL.........tuche' (sp). Ok, ok fair enough. P.S. His sentiments were those of many boxing fans. But you say that Hatton didn't mean what he said. Not possible that he was trying to psyche Kostya out by suggesting that he isnt in his best shape anymore? Correct, fighters often trash talk a bit before fights, Hatton's words were not meant to be taken literally. Come on guys those are cop outs. Hatton verbalized this question as well. Plainly said 35year old Tzu with 9 rounds in 2 years, sholder surgery and weight issues is not an optimal Tzu. The Tzu fight was a good win for Hatton but boxing fans and Hatton both knew that Tzu was not the same and the real question was how much does he have left.

Hatton will go down as an all time great in britain, just for the basic fact that there hasn't been that many great fighters coming out of britain at all. Well that might be because we are only a small island compared with the U.S but hey Lennox kicked some arse!

How many has hatton fought? he fought the best fighter at hes wieght at the time in tszyu and now hes the best fighter at 140 hes fighting arguably the 2nd best fighter. he fought the weakest title holder at 147 tho

No, but you have to admit Ricky is saying that Tzu's fighting ability is questionable. "Lets see how much he's got left".......means that he is not what he use to be and the question is just how much of his former self remains. I dont know how else you can interpret that.....its pretty straight forward. With all that said it was a very good win. Thats not saying hes shot, he saying he hasn't had any long fights in a while, and when he did fight he blew them away in the early rounds. Ricky was saying that he hasn't had a 12 rounded for ages, which was true. Tszyu was far from shot before the Hatton fight he made Judah, Mitchell both look silly. Why don't all you Hatton haters give the guy a chance man...Can't stand the way you jump up and down on his shit...Lets all see what he comes up with..hes got a few fights left in him yet lets see how he gets on! Hes a good boxer hes not an all time great No..But hes got guts and hes always does his best, He aint scared of mixing it up, Not like quite a few of the American fighters. I think hes good for boxing..Like many other fghters out there. Sit back on Saturday and enjoy the fight
