I can agree with you on mostly everything except RJJ

check that out and look at his fights, this man has fought ALOT of great opposition
Not to be blunt here, but the only great opposition that RJJ ever fought (and won against) was james toney, B-hop, and MAYBE tarver (and that was only in their first fight).

My top five greatest of ALL TIME?...
I haven't seen every fighter ever, so I'm not qualified for that. I do think I've kept a good track of fighters since the 90's, so here are my pick for the five greatest fighters from the 90's and beyond
1) Pernell 'sweet pea' Whitaker. Had the most pure skill of any fighter to ever put on gloves, period. Usually my number one pick when it comes to anything boxing related.
2) Julio Ceaser Chaves. -- Obtained over 90 wins before getting an official loss on his record. I recall a friend telling me how glad he was that JCC had finally lost. When I asked him why, he said he'd started thinking that JCC had sold his soul to the devil.
3) Felix Tito Trinidad. -- Pride of Puerto rico, the last year or two of his career (before B - Hop) provided us with some of the best fights in boxing history.
4) Marco Antonio Barrera -- winner of the Barrera Morales feud 2 to 1. Highly adaptable, and resurrected his career multiple times when he was counted as a broken fighter.
5) Manny Pacquiao -- Only here because I can't think of anyone else better off the top of my head. Beat both MAB AND morales, and both my KO. Should he beat both JMM and Diaz, then I'll feel much better about giving him this spot.
Notable fighters that don't make it:
RJJ -- Shitty career much? Three good fighters on your resume does not make you a great fighter, sorry RJJ fans.
PBF -- Short career, with few notable wins (although more than RJJ). Also, I can't bring myself to call whan PBF does in the ring boxing. It has a much closer resemblence to tag. It also bears mentioning that PBF's last year of boxing is one of the most boring and most hurtful to boxing as a sport that I've ever seen.
Joe Calzaghe -- I WISH I could put him on the list, but if I'm gonna exclude RJJ for lack of good opposition, then it's a bit hypocritical of me to not exclude joe for the same reason. Fighting Eubank and Lacy does not make you a great fighter.
Migual Cotto -- Not really in contention just yet. If he goes on to beat margarito and mosely, especially by KO, then he'll be worth considering.
DLH -- ah, the golden boy....sure, I think he's great, I just can't think of a good way to argue it. Any way I look at it, he's still a guy that's lost every single superfight he's ever been in. Getting a gift decision vs pernell and beating on an old chaves does NOT make you a great fighter.
Lol we have a smark in our midst. Yes Hulk Hogan was a great wrestler, because wrestling has nothing to do with athleticism, thats just a part of it.
Keep the gayweather bashing coming though, even though I disagree with your list.
I said that Hogan wasnt a good wrestler, cause he isnt, he was horrible, he had like 4 moves, now being an entertainer he is one of the best.
And the gayweather bashing will ALWAYS happen cause the majority of mayweathers fights were against nobodies, and he wins alot because as we all know boxing judges are imbicilies, they like quicky flashy flurries, they dont care if they miss they dont care if they hit leather just as long as you do it and that is what floyd has built his career on, running and doing a quick 20-30 second flurry to impress judges very few of his fights were good fights, hes just not a good fighter peroid
no, Im exposing you on the fairweather boxing fan you are, you root for whoevers the bigger name, you know Hulk Hogan was a big name too, was he a great wrestler?

This is my current P4P list.
1. Joe Calzaghe (cum on, what did you expect from me)
2. Floyd Mayweather (Some think he's retired, I personally think he isnt)
3. Manny Pacquiao (No doubt about that)
4. Winky Wright (Gonna beat hopkins by UD)
5. Juan Manuel Marquez (Looked great against MAB)
6. Ricky Hatton (Best at LW easy)
7. Jermain Taylor (Hopefully performances will get better, as for Hatton)
8. Shane Mosley (Hopefully see him and Floyd)
9. Oscar de la Hoya (Thought he done a great job against PBF)
10. Bernard Hopkins (Think this guy has to be in anyones P4P, at least up until the Wright fight, if he loses)
No no no, your lists are all wrong. it goes:
All time:
1. Reggie Strickland
2. Lito Sisnorio
3. Ryan Henney
4. Edwin Gastador
5. Muhammed Ali
Present:
1. Roberto Duran
2. Micky Ward
3. Julius Tarona
4. Richard Stephens
5. Winky Wright.

lol...i know i would..but hell cant talk..Scottie Pippen is my top
You always resort to stupid insults when anyone disagrees with you.
Not at all, i think he is winding us up,
However you are just that stupid,
Apparently you and a dying horse had a conversation,
"He's just too ill, there is nothing more we can do, lets put him down, its a waste of valuble life"
Said the Horse.
LOL.
yeah , who hasnt ducked margarito?
This has to be a wind up, seriously, if its not this is probably the results of a consistent intake of GM foods, abject poverty, and being raised from birth by a pack of wolves.
so owenrock...u tryna say u would rather boxing change the rules and instead of haven a whole ring to use to outpoint and outsmart the other boxer..u would rather c their legs tied and strapped to the ground toe to toe and just let em throw punches without movin...hmmm thats what ur tryna say right?
you notice how noone else is putting up their list, its because its the exact same thing as mine , but they are first ashamed they didnt put it first, and second they dont want to upset any buddies they may have on here, its all about not hurting feelings anymore
Good lists, but I'd put Sugar Ray Robinson and Wlad ahead of Roy Jones Jr.
That was a good one Wlad all time p4p ahead of roy Jones JR.
You were joking right?
Cos if your that stupid, im gonna call the Vet and have them put you down, its not fair on you, your just suffering.
