MY respect? Who cares about mmy respect, he's rich! The best thing PBF can do for the sport of boxing is stay retired. Who the hell could he fight that it wouldn't be a boring, worthless, fight? All it would do is piss of more casual boxing fans, and make them angry that they were suckered into buying YET ANOTHER PBF PPV that was hyped to be an amazing fight, but won't be. Floyd should care about your respect, after all "you" made him rich.

hatton (at 140), margarito (at 147), and mosley (at 147). but these fights should have happend earlier.

I really dont understand the attitude that Floyd and most of his fans present. To make statements that you are currently the best fighter in the world and then being so obvious that you are picking and choosing opponents is pretty ridiculous. Seriously, who do YOU GUYS think would give him a good fight that he hasn't already offered a fight in the past? He has tried to fight the best and now that he's on top he doesn't NEED to fight them, they NEED to fight him. Just like every other top fighter in history he has EARNED the right to decide what fights he wants. You can see that every fighter is saying his name every chance they get now that he's made the big money and said he's retired. Any promoter trying to get him is gonna need to dish out big bucks. If you had that leverage you'd use it too.

I agree with those three. Mosley will be a very good test. He has the speed, skill, and focus to give Floyd problems. Plus he is the only other fighter right now that floyd hasn't fought that can compete with his handspeed. It will not be a very exciting fight because Shane will make Floyd do what Oscar didn't, and thats fight. Floyd will only fight if you make him fight. Judah did the exact same thing and Floyd brought out the heavy artilliary and whooped his ass. I'm not a floyd fan at all, I'm just stating the facts. I'm just curious if he will be able to do the same thing to Shane.

He said he's retired. I'd just as soon forget about him, and move on to something more exciting. Money and Attention craving guy like that will not stay retired for long. Especially since he is still in his prime. The whole retirement thing is to hype himself up. He will fight at least 5 - 10 more times before he retires, mark my words.

Floyd has already gained my respect due to the hours of training he puts evident from the 24/7 and how awesome an athlete he is. But for 3 opponents I would say these 3... -Cotto -Mosley -Hatton
