Damn, I just watched Mayweather vs. Gatti again on my DVR. That shit hurt even worse then the 8th time I saw it. Not me personally. I walked out with 200 dollars of my coworkers money when the shit was all done with. No disrespect towards Gatt at all. He just was up against HOF talent's, and couldn't match them. I have a carreer set of Gatti fights and i recently watched De la Hoya vs Gatti for the first time. That fight was dominant and as onesided as Gatti mayweather. Whos win over gatti was more impressive? I personally thin pbfs win was more impressive what do you guys think? By far Mayweather was more impressive. BY FAR. De La Hoya vs. Gatti saw Arturo actually getting off and landing. He had the crowd reacting to his combos.. Floyd made Gatti look like he was the guy who parks cars at the Boardwalk..

They both were impressive. Floyd outclassed him and DLH beat him in an entertaining fight. Combos and all that shit. But I would choose Floyd win. It was more impressive, yet embarrasing.

I agree, my brother who is just a casual fan asked me if i think the beating gatti receaved from de la hoya took alot out of him.....and if it did then wouldnt that mean that the gatti the Pbf got a hold of was less skilled than the one odlh foguht. mayweather for me the combinations that he was hitting gatti with sounded and looked real punishing.

Gatti was better against Floyd than he was against Oscar. First of all it was at 140. Second of all Buddy McGirt was in his corner and that improved Gatti. Gatti was walking straight in to DLH. BUT styles make fights and Oscar is never going to go untouched like Mayweather did.
