:boxing: If De La Hoya beats Mayweather, then I do believe that Hatton is in with a chance of beating him aswell, And I do think that Hatton would like to fight De La Hoya rather than Mayweather as it would be a real tearup rather than hit and run Mayweather style:boxing:
Not really. I would give a SLIGHT speed edge over Mosely for Floyd. Mosely has some very, very good hands and lots of pop. He can also put combinations together beautifully. He would be the much bigger man in the ring, who has the speed and accurate punching to match Floyd, and has a lot more pop on his puinches.
That being said, Floyd by close UD.
Yeah I agree Shane and Floyd matchup pretty well. Speed, quick hands they are similar, but I would give the power advantage to Shane. Especially at welterweight where he would be tough.
That's pretty much what I would be looking out for. Somewhere within the first three rounds is a good indicator for me.
As far as Shane, I think he is a bit stronger than Oscar and is also always in top condition, but Floyd is much faster and is more versatile. :boxing:

a good prediction would be after maybe the first 3 mins of the fight

If Oscar's been doing his homework, he certainly has a chance to beat Floyd.
I'm not foolish enough to think Floyd will wipe him out easily.
Oscar is a dedicated warrior in his own right.
The real question is, how will Floyd perform at 154lbs where Oscar is slightly the bigger man?
Even though he last fought at 147, carrying 7 more pounds could be a hindrance for Floyd.
If Floyd is being coached by Mackie, then I believe Floyd will be stronger and a bit faster at the higher weight.
If he's not working with Mackie, then it's hard to say how good he'll be on fight night, since this will be PBF's first fight at that weight.
That's why it's hard to decide on the winner in this fight.
Oscar and Floyd both have pros and cons going into this one. :boxing:

The Question of Weight....

If there is gonna be anyone, Who can beat Mayweather its De La Hoya, And he could be the one to show the way on how to beat Mayweather.
If there is going to be anyone who can beat PBF its Mosley. He is just as fast and unlike Judah can sustain for 12 rounds
I agree, I think De la Hoya is making a mistake with this fight, Floyd is just too quick. think the Mayorga fight went to his head a bit, let's remember Floyd is on a whole other level compared to Mayorga. He's gonna struggle to get to him.
i disagree maywather vs hatton would be a mis-match i'll bet in favor of floyd,
hatton and cotto are 1 dimensional pbf will kill em' both
agree witchu patna
De la Hoya will struggle in this one.He was in his prime when he fought 2 other fighters that were tricky with fast hands(mosley and Whitaker) and he had trouble with both. That was a long time ago and he wont of got any better.I would like to be wrong but the only chance De la Hoya has in this one is if the extra weight takes away some of Maywether's skills.
Fair comment cuauhtemoc1496, I know alot of you guys over the pond don't rate Hatton that well, But the more you guy's see the more you will come to like him I think..To be honest if he say's he can do the job then I will go with that..I think the best is yet to come with the little guy! I also think if he didnt blow out to 2 stone over weight after each fight and maybe just put on a stone, We will see an even better performance from the little fella

How do you compaire DLH to Hatton? I don't see it. Knowing HOW to beat someone and actually doing it are two very different things. Hatton doesn't possess the speed and skill DLH has in order to attempt to beat PBF.
Hatton has been fun to watch but he has alot of fights to win here in the US before I can even consider him beaing able to beat a fighter on the level of PBF.
