hmm.. that'll be his excuse if he loses, lol? if he wins, then props. that's what i figured lol, when a fighter suffers a loss there is always an exuse for this bout there should not be an exuse that goes for dlh as well, this is prime mayweather i just wish he does not hurt his right hand which i doubt so that way he won't have an exuse for running for getting TKO and not be able to let his right hand go....

i don't think the brand name of the gloves makes a difference to one's handspeed. the difference between the gloves is how the padding is distributed throughout the glove (reyes, less padding on knuckles, more on wrists). floyd has used reyes before. by the way, i think this will be the first time he uses 10oz gloves (i think 10oz. is the weight required by pros above the welterweight division.) 10oz reyes is pretty heavy for a 5'8 guy coming from lower division, we will see how this will affect both fighters, not to metion pbf wearing reyes gloves, will he make through 12 rds without hurting his right hand ? that would be the question wearing the 10oz reyes gloves

I don't think his handspeed will be affected. He's trained hard before with 20 oz gloves. I'd doubt he'd get tired.

Yes, Floyd will still have his hand speed. The question is how his hands hold up under the Reyes gloves, with less padding, and how he handles DLH"s punches, coming from a "punchers" glove like Reyes.

The bigger the ring, then the more chance Oscar will come and try to match speed with Floyd? Or just have to work hard at cutting off the ring? The smaller the ring, then Oscar will try and trap Floyd on the ropes and corners? Floyd is very hard to hit on the ropes and in the corners.
