Anthony Mundine

I like Mundine, but he seems like he will never make the move to challenge himself again. He tried vs Kessler, and lost. He is very good, but not really elite. If he moves to 160, he will lose power and energy, and you will notice. It is not worth it. Better just wait for Taylor to come to 168 and go to the U.S. to try to secure a fight with him.

I don't know if many of you saw the Mundine vs Soliman fight last night, but he looked very impressive. Word is he is dropping down to middleweight. I can't see Winky Wright or Jermain Taylor being able to beat him. The right hand that he landed in the 2nd round was deadly. Timed it perfectly with Soliman moving up into it. He'd hit Taylor with the same shot - and he'd pot shot Winky Wright to an easy decision. Mundine is not really after sporting achievements anymore but just popularity..............he will not go over to the USA to fight as he is an unknown there......... the old proverbial saying: "i'd rather be the first in the village, than the last in the city"

Danny Green is nothing to be proud of. He's king of the bums. Sam's got heart and no power. Mundine does have a gift, but he's yet to prove himself against the best. I believe he will though. The way he has looked for the past 2 years makes me feel as though he can take on and better the "best". Actually the only smw i can see giving him any trouble would be a kessler rematch.

winky isnt exactly a powerhouse himself incase you hadnt noticed. Im not saying it would be a W for mundine if it ever did happen, im just saying it will be a tight fight imho

I know Winky is a fantastic fighter, and that most people overseas dont give 2 shits about Mundine, but i can promise you this, if he does go down to middles and takes last nights form with him he will be hard to beat. Winky my be hard to hit, but his not unhittable :boxing:
