My guess is he will be back in prison, but with an unstable person like Mike Tyson, you cannot rule out suicide at this point in his life unfortunately... thats wrong . mike has kids too look after. how are they going to feel if their daddy is in prison . 7 years for drugs posession and driving under the influence is wrong . he didnt kill anyone he didnt even hurt anyone. its a complete miscarriage of justice.

He better not be. If he is he will get 7 years. That will desroy mike . He needs to be sent to a rehablitation centre and he needs to be given time to get his life together . If mike goes to jail for a long period of time . He will come out all angry and mixed up like he did the last time. He has been destroyed, angry, and mixed up for many years now. I don't see how he can prevent himself from going back to prison. It appears that the DA is set on trying the case which means that a plea deal for parole is very unlikely.

Tyson goes to prison for rape with no good evidence against him. He definately will go to prison with good solid evidence in the five 0's corner, with a confession. Ashamed if you ask me. If he does go he will be worse than an animal when he gets out this time
