What's Mannys problem?

http://www.boxingscene.com/index.php?m=show&id=6882 So according to this article Manny was called on tuesday and asked whether or not he would like to fight Barrera. And it looks like Manny still hasn't made up his mind. Seriously, whats holding Manny back from saying yes? I know that Manny is having some trouble with his promoters but his promoters are'nt stopping him from saying that he would like to fight Barrera but his promoters are making it hard for the fight to materialize. He infact seems to be distracted and is looking for a fight with In Jin Chi in Macau. Can someone please tell me whats going on?

Simple. Pacman does not want to fight in March. He wants to take some time off and feels that March is too soon for him. GBP already had that March 17 locked up and Manny does not want to commit to that.

Manny seems to be haven management issues. He already beat up Barrera convincingly I don't see him having a problem with a rematch that will make money and that he will most likely win.

They both need each other point blank.I know Pac beat Barrera once but Barrera vs Paquiao is the biggest fight at the lower weights, theirs not a bigger name out their for Paquiao and the same thing for Barrera.
