Who is DANIEL PONCE DE LEON????

Put it this way Boom boom has a better chance versus a fighter like Ponce (brawler) then what he has against a fighter like caballero or Marquez (Slick boxers).

Rey just can't sit there and trade with this guy. He's definitely not the bigger puncher of the 2. From what I've seen of Rey, most of his KOs were from accumulation factor and not 1 punch KO although he has done that in the past. DeLeon is 1 punch power all the time at any time. Rey has to keep moving and pick his shots. Carry the fight into the distance and he has a chance. The opening rounds he just has to survive and not get tagged by these insanely wild and wide shots that Ponce throws at you.

As for Ponce De Leon he is wild as hell. His last fight i wasn't as impressed with him as i have been in the past. Im not talking about his fight with the asian fighter but the one with the white guy. Ponce looked.....lets just say Delahoya and his dad and a few other at ringside were laughing at a dirty joke that someone must have told at ringside. This is a fighter that needs a great trainer Berstain would be great. He was at ringside seeing him fight, possably to train him, which would be great. I only seen Baustista fight once and he got knocked down in that fight. He didn't impress me at all in that fight. Also if you sign with Delahoya know that you are going to get tested, he test all his fighters. Just ask Escobedo. Barrera. Guzman. Barrios. And so on.

But his last fight on HBO undercard was one of the ugliest KO ive seen this past year. the guy seemed like he was shot from behond and fell on his nose. He was dead for a few minutes. If sombody out of the jungle, came to America and saw people worshiping a man, and praying to differnt men he would think America is full of crazy people.

Now I've seen some of his fights.In the You tube of course, why did'nt i think of it.lols. Nways, I guess you guys are right. His kinda sloopy and his punches are kinda predictable. But he is pretty huge for that weight.I guess that's where his advantage in his power comes from. But mind you, this will be huge factor come fight night against BOOM BOOM, cause BOOM2x has just arrived in the division. He will definitely get tag by PDL but the question here is whether BOOM2x can take it. If yes, I think that it will be a lopsided win for BOOM2x.Even a knockout between 6-9 is not far fetch.But if not, it shall be lights out in favor of my boy BOOM2x between Round 5-8. If it should go the distance, it will be favorable for BOOM BOOM.Crucial Rounds are rounds 2-5.

fuk see its like this im all about skill over comin brute force and i think rey def has much much MUCH better boxing skill then ponce but i just dont think hes ready for ponce it seems like a way to drastic jump in opposition but who knows rey might prove to be somethin special

What do you think is the chance of BOOM BOOM Bautista beating him or even knocking him out? I understand that De Leon has a pretty decent chin. What are the keys for BOOM BOOM to win this fight. BTW, tnx for the comments...

flat footed power punching swing for the fences lackin defense hes a mini george foreman in the way he punches and intensity of his punches gotten a lil better recently in terms of boxing but still a relativly crued boxer
