In the end "unless I missed something" why does Rocky exit the ring and walk towards his dressing room while Buffer is announcing the scorecards ? It's an exibition fight, the crowd is applauding and I know that Rocky probably realized that he had lost the fight but why does he exit right away ? He should have stuck around ... just wondering.

This scene was all symbolism of Rocky’s last movie, Stallone saying by to the character, the fact that this was his last Hurah win, lose or draw, the result was immaterial…the stoic Rocky leaving the scene while the crowd still cheered for the great fight he gave them….
I think the ending was more or less about Rocky feeling happy about the outcome of his career...he fought a good fight that no one thought he could win or have a chance at and he came close...it was to me about him getting all those demons out and going out his way win or lose just fighting as hard as he could. I loved the film though alot of people may not have but I will take it over 5 as an ending 7 days a week
but he didnt win

so whe wouldnt say Rocky got robbed :D
you have to wait for Rocky 7 to know more and maybe the the fight of the century. with Apollo it was last centruy.
could be see if Rocky 6 was a real hit they could come out Rocky 7 like those horror movie the bad guy never dies in case they want to make sequels :D
I was thinking that they make Rocky 7 with him as a trainer. And his son would finally become a fighter. But that dude would have to put on some weight. Or he could fight naturally at bantom weight lol.
Becuz it was the last Rocky, it was a statement ending the series, rocky faded into the sunset and this is the last of Rocky "The Italian Stallone" Balboa! Did he win or not, Its up to the viewer and there thought one the man, its an excellent ending to keep those as yourself thinking!

When I was watching it I thought he left because he knew he lost. But, I thought that the last score was going to go to him. And then he would come back to the ring and celebrate. But they probably thought that it would be a good ending for him to leave while the crowd was still cheering.
I also thought the last scorecard would have gone to him but I think a more fitting ending would have been Rocky in the ring saluting the crowd. IMO at least.
