It is funny because Mayweather Jr. is a superstar and makes a lot of money... So you could almost say that his father probably is kicking himself in the head for not liking him and making money... BUT Oscar makes a whole lot more than Floyd and so he is perfectly happy with the situation.

They dislike each other and are not on speaking terms. Also, Roger was a better pro and gets along with Floyd. It is a bizarre situation though. He'll be training De La Hoya to fight against his own son!!! Obviously De La Hoya has 100% faith in him, and it is the boxing business, but what happened to the old saying, 'blood is thicker than water?' It adds even more intrigue to the fight!
