Normally, in a thread that involves Manny Pacquiao; there’ll be a few intelligent posters that will give their opinion. Not hating, or “nut-hugging”, but really giving their honest opinions. Later on, the brigade of Pacquiao shoe-shiners will emerge and reply with utter stupidity such as: “LOLZ HE CANT BEAT PAC, UR A LOZR LMMFAO PWNED!!!1111 PACQUIAO >>>>>> GUZMAN. OMG BAN THIS KID, HE DOESN’T THINK MANNY IS TEH G.O.A.T. BAN HIM 4LIFE LOLZ PWNED LOZR111111” It almost seems like a smart conversation involving Manny is unachievable. I’m beginning to think that if Pacquiao loses a fight, the entire country of the Philippines will sink like Atlantis. Now and ONLY now are Pac-Fans showing Erik Morales respect trying to pretend that they have an ounce of class. The real reason they give him any props at all is so they can say Manny Pacquiao beat “TEH GREATEST MEXICAN CHAMP OF ALL TIME LOLZ PWNED111!!!” People like Xcaret and Ferocity get HEAVILY criticize for doing the exact same thing, but it’s never a problem when Katz, and the other Pac-Crazies do it (Hmmm... ). I, myself have been banned twice for arguing against the Pac-Crazies. How come none of the Crazies get banned? We can’t go back and forth? Isn’t this a free country? (The Phillipines isn’t apparently). Once the Pac-Crazies run out of smileys and “PWNED”-things to say, they just start banning people left and right. And it’s just not Erik. It’s not just a Philippines vs. Mexico thing. It will be the Philippines vs. whatever country/ethnic group/race his next foe represents. African Americans…..you could be next! Then let's talk about ricky, you think he has a chance against PBF? No I think Mayweather would beat Hatton but not walk all over him, his in your face style would pressure Mayweather but eventually I think he would just take to many shots - Mayweather late stoppage or points

Interestingly there is a definate feeling on this site, not all posters, but more than what you might call a minority that.... if a fighter is not african american or mexican then he should not be considered as a great fighter. I myself am not a massive fan of Pac... I would go as far as to say he is slightly over egged. I have noticed the same however with the likes of Calzaghe, Hatton, Trinidad and Cotto to name but a few. As far as I've heard, Concepcion is the only legit up and comer with the goods, maybe why Arum jumped on him. Bobby Pacquiao appears to be a late bloomer, just needs to keep his punches up. Concepcion is just recently making news in U.S. still need to see more from him.

Rey Bautista is your only good prospect. Z Gorres has already been exposed. And Model is overrated. What you talking about Mayol is the shizzle. He got beat by eagle, but eagle is bad ass too. It was a war betwen the two, Mayol wasn't training right and too cocky for his bridges. Eagle was the worst for ware though after the battle, Mayol almost ended his career. Mayol is in my opinion on the same level as Bautista as a prospect. Z has skills, I wanna see more from though. He looked good sparring againts Ponce De Leon. There will be more prospects now that boxing has got popular in the PI again more people lace gloves.
