Pac always has the chance to land something huge and he might catch Shane offguard.
Shane's only been dropped in one fight. The man went all the way up to 154. Nothing and no one could remotely hurt him at 135.
Buttt...if the Tito/Mosley thing comes off, we will be seeing a hurt Shane Mosley.
Floyd by close decision, although Mosely would be in the fight the whole way. Shane beat people down at 135, but he never fought anyone like Floyd.
Shane stops Pacquiao at 135. Shane would be too big, too strong for Pacquiao to do anything to him. Shane has only really lost to fighters who were much bigger and stronger than him physically.
Shane in his prime v. PBF would be a great fight. Shane would be one of the only guys Floyd has fought that is as fast or faster. Shane also had great power at 135, he was KOing people crazy. But I think Floyd could win a close UD because of his defense and the fact that Shane has always been there to be hit. That being said I think Shane brings the fight to him the whole time and definitely is capable of pulling out a UD or KO. I think both of these guys are just too big for Pac considering that he is basically what Floyd is at 147 or 154.
Mosley is stronger than Floyd, but I think Floyd could pull it out. Shane is wild and Floyd wouldn't let Shane land cleanly. Floyd's defense is much better and he is much more accurate than Shane.
I think Shane would defeat Pacquiao.
Mosley could beat Pacman & possibly PBF in a very close fight, Mosley was a monster at that weight. I'd also have to agree with DLT in that I don't see how one would have to see more of Floyd, when after 3 rounds were able to see "The new look Pacquiao". Personally I could tell from the refs instructions that Morales just didn't seem to be all there(I guess it was just one last payday) & Pacman was ready for war, I'm not taking away from Pac victory, but I would have to see him in a full fight before I could say he was "The New Pacquiao".
Your a fool. I wasnt telling you that you havent seen enough of Floyd. I put a question mark behind it because I was saying it like a question. No one out there who is a boxing fan would say that they havent seen enough of Floyd. Shane might have had some big fights later on but Floyd fought 10x better competiton at 130 & 135 then Shane ever did.
Also, how would those Shane opponents help your decison. He only really has the Oscar fights that he can stand on. Sure he fought Winky but was killed both times, got killed by Forrest, and he beat Vargas but everyone knew that Vargas was shot by then.
I still dont understand how you can say that you have to see more of Floyd to fully judge something. I could see if we were talking about 147 but theyve both already fought at 135. Also, even if we were talking about 147 there is no one who says that they have to see more of Floyd. They either can make a reasonable choice or if anything, they say that have to see more of Shane because he hasnt been there in so long and last time he was there he didnt look very good. I could see you saying that you have to see more of Floyd if the fight was at 154 since he hasnt fought there
point taken. I guess I am just pissed at floyd because he is wasting that talent by not taking bigger fights.
I've seen plenty of Floyd. He's got skill but he hasn't fought the type of opposition that would test that skill. Shane has been in with better and badder opponents than Floyd. Floyd has never been in againts guys as good as De La Hoya, Forrest, Vargas, Wright. The biggest wins for Floyd were againts Castillo who he had trouble and with Corrales, and Zab. Granted Mosely lost to Wright who was to big for him and Forrest just had his number. He beat Vargas and the legendary De La Hoya which is by far better than anyone Floyd has faced. To assume I havent seen enough of Floyd just shows that you are a know it all that believes what wants to believe. In addition, Mosley comes to fight and leaves nothing at the table, and is funner to watch than Floyd.

What does that mean? Floyd has been in there with alot of great fighters. You havent seen enough of Floyd to make a decision?

OK if and if it happened. considering PAC's physical structure. I think MOsley via easy UD. he's naturally bigger.
I think PAC has a better chance of beating PBF . but still PBF via decsion :puppy_dog
You are not looking at the whole picture.
I am looking at the whole picture and thats why I said that Shane would kill him within 3 but that still doesnt mean that its just a crazy fight.
People keep talking about weight but look how small Floyd is compared to the guys he's fighting. He doesnt belong there at all. He should be at 140 at the most and could still have fights at 135 but he's fighting much much bigger guys so its not that unreasonable to say that Pac couldnt do it
You guys arent listening. The guy said a prime Shane. Not now but when Shane was at 135 legitmatly. Its not like Pac is far away from that and he probally will be there soon enoughYou are not looking at the whole picture.

This is getting MAD.
Pac is a natural 126lbs fighter :puppy_dog
PBF started @130 and is 5'8
Shane started @135 and is 5'9
Pac is just 5'6 and 1/2 maybe 5'7 but started @106. 135 could be his final weight class while the other 2 can compete as high as 154But pac can KO kingkong with a straight left. :D
This is getting Ridiculous.

Sugar shane is a proven warrior. I still have to see what Floyd can really do. I'll take Mosley. I think they both beat Pac.
What does that mean? Floyd has been in there with alot of great fighters. You havent seen enough of Floyd to make a decision?
