Can Quartey's "Bazooka" destroy Wright's defensive "earmuffs"?

At the end of the more than 90% of fighter will think about themself. They fight because it make sense for them if the right money i one the table even if it was said for them to loss. most of the boxers out there are fighting for themself and if i am not satisfay with the offer you giving then i wont fight you. and if i not getting PPV and publicinty then i wont fight you.

Most of the Wright-Ouma talk (the little that there was) was all complete speculation at most, you're simply making shit up And Wright said very early on after the fight with Vargas that he wouldn't fight him ever again, it had nothing to do with Vargas the fighter, it was personal... yet aparently, you know all the details on that as well, with you obvious connections with Fernando personally... :ugh: it's one thing to not like a fighter, but to just make up false accusations is just being a bitch yourself... I didn't make shit up. And I don't connection with Vargas. The bitch remains to be Winky. Delahoya is helping Winky out with his promotions company and what does Winky say, "I want to fight Delahoya, the fight would be big" If i was Delahoya, Winky would be on his own and i wouldn't help him out for shit. Winky is a bitch and he has a bitch ass trainer, his trainer is a dumbass he doesn't think when he speaks.

Jermaine Taylor is the biggest middlewight I've ever seen and couldn't destroy Wright's defense, I dont see how Quartey is gonna do it. I think he did. In the fight you could see Winky in the first fight just doing what he does and come forward and in the mid to end you could see that he comes in and out and did not pressure or come forward like normal. at the last round he changed his style completely. I think the only that Taylor did not have good defense and did not put his gaurd up so he was vurnable to Winky right jabs.

Thats another problem i have with Winky, he talks all this shit about how people ducked him, "people don't want to fight me" and so on. Yet when he becomes Champion, what does he do.......he ducks his #1 mandatory name Kassim Ouma then just leave his belt rather then facing Ouma. Winky is a hypocrite. Just like he would go on and on about Vargas, then when Vargas was on his comback, Winky says, " I won't fight him" even after he's been saying how much he wants a rematch. Well styles make fights, Quartey is strong and has a strong jab and a great right hand, so yes Winky will have his hands full in this one. I dont think this fight will be easy for Winky at all, Either Forrest or Quartey can give Winky problems becuase they both throw good straight shots right down the pipe and have very good jabs. Quartey's jab is great..not good its great.

I'll be cheering for Ike but honestly I don't see him pulling it off. I just hope the judges don't fuck this one up on the scorecards like some of the recent fights seem to have been.

the only person that has actually hurt wright since AFTER his first title shot, was mosley. and that was when wright let his hands hang completely down to his sides. but even then, he recovered with almost a minute left in the round. Wright should win, unless Quartey throws a rediculous amount of punches. but that style didnt work for a young soliman, so i dont see how it could work for an old quartey. It should be a very entertaining bout though Quartey is alot more skilled that soliman though

i give Ike less than a chance in this fight... Your such a hater, ferocity, its sickening... Winky could be fighting anyone and you'd automatically root against him... asking any opponent to beat Wright by a decision is asking for a miracle... Wright's at the top of his game right now, and no one will stop him until he stops himself... btw, talks too much shit how?? he speaks his mind and usually the truth.. get over it.. you and Diego just look silly on these boards, its laughable Vasquez didn't need a mirale to win a descision, nor did Harry Simon or Fernando Vargas. Quartey has got to be one of the most accurate, straightest stiff jabs in boxing, ever. Winky has a very good jab as well and the better defense IMO (even the bigger Taylor had difficulty penetrating that tight high-guard D). I see 12 rounds of technical jab-athon, with fans booing. Winky by decision.
