No fight if Erik is over 132lbs!
By Nick Giongco
Ace cornerman Freddie Roach told The Manila Bulletin late Tuesday morning (early Monday night in the US) that Manny Pacquiao won't get into the ring with Erik Morales if the Mexican weighs more than 132 lbs in their scheduled 12-round super-featherweight brawl on Nov. 18 in Las Vegas. "We will take the money and fight Morales if his weight is not more than 132 lbs," Roach said from the Wild Card Boxing Club in Hollywood, California. "Manny and myself have talked about this and we have both agreed. Manny and I agreed that there's going to be no fight if Morales weighs more than that," said Roach, who began training with Pacquiao for the Morales rubber match on Sept. 20. Morales will have to pay $500,000 for every pound in excess of 130 lbs and not the promotional company Top Rank that's going to shell out the money. The same clause also applies to Pacquiao, who, nonetheless is not at all concerned with failing to meet the 130-lb limit. Morales, according to the World Boxing Council, had weighed 142 lbs over the weekend, and is right on target in his weight reduction program under the watchful eyes of experts from the Velocity Sports Performance. The WBC had imposed that Morales should not weigh more than 143 lbs, exactly a month before the showdown. Meanwhile, Roach said Pacquiao was terrific in sparring for ten rounds with three sparmates, including Vicente Escobedo.

yea, he did gainst Morales the 3rd time cuz he's a steropid junky that time. I proved it with my famous thread. Why you keep denying it?
Are you talking about that hilarious thread you made accusing Barrera of taking steroids? That was some funny ass shit. What a joke.
This is one of the biggest fights I've been waiting on most of the year. It would really suck balls if this fight does NOT happen. First off it's watching Mayweather get dumped by Baldo then this fight. I pray Erik makes weight.
Fucking tell me about it, I'm flying to the fucking States from the UK for this bastard.
Lets look at the 1st fight of MP-EM. I believed in the 9th round when the ref called a time out so Pac can wear his mouthpiece, u see go Morales go to a neutral corner and squat on the ropes to rest. That mean's EM's conditioning is already affected but still has the energy to finish the fight and won a deserving UD. Even in EM-MAB 2, EM's conditioning in the later rounds, it seems he slowed down a little bit.
In the 2nd fight of MP-EM, even though EM won 3 of the first 5 rounds, Pac was landing punches to the head and body. Then Pac dominated the 6th rounds to the end. Pac has landed more punches in these later rounds. Those power punches affected EM's conditioning.
In the 1st fight, If Pac landed the same amount of punches, then EM's conditioning MIGHT be the same as the 2nd fight.
For those who watched the MAB-EM 3, how was EM's conditioning during the later rounds?
I apologize if my reply was out of the topic.
wow, morales is a chicken.
this is crazy. Morales is obviously NOT trying to make weight so Pac says "NO I won't fight you". This is insane. I thought Morales was tough?
Morales is tough .... and he will come in at 130lbs just as he stated. Thats how tough he is even though pacquiao is trying to tempt him by saying come in 2 lbs over ill still fight u, just gimme a million.

you cant compare the glove incident with dehydration, the way I look at it they want Morales to come in dehydrated and not at his best.
WTF? PAC is willing to give morales 2 lbs. for a price..
what else do you want :wtf:
Thats bullshit!!! You guys go check the weight in picture on fightnews and theirs no shirt on. But im pretty sure pac will make the weight regardles I was just wondering why Roach was bullshiting.
Is that Pic from yesterday or just an archive. Pac looks like he weigh less than his current weight. U can't even see the shoes also.
LMAO @ Morales fans complaining about Pac's advantage this and that.
How quickly did they forget about the gloves incident in the first fight?
What comes around goes around :lol1:

Pacman weighs in at 138.75!
Manny Pacquiao weighed in at 138.75 pounds today at the Wild Card Gym in Hollywood, CA. The 30 day prefight weigh-in was officially supervised by a World Boxing Council (WBC) representative. Pacman's trainer Freddie Roach stated, "He was on the scale wearing a shirt and his shoes - his real weight is about 136." Pacquiao vs. Morales III - 'The Grand Finale' - is promoted by Top Rank in association with Wynn Las Vegas at the Thomas and Mack Center, Las Vegas, on Saturday, Nov. 18. Pacquiao vs. Morales III will be broadcast on HBO Pay Per View. (Photo: Chris Farina/Top Rank)

I don't see him being any more ripped then Isaral Vasquez or Johnny Gonzalez, even Margarito looks ripped, i think even Arce looks ripped, that i remember in the weigh ins.
For a guy who came from strawweight, pacuqioa should not be looking like that, unless he is on steriods. He came from a small division, and now hes at a higher weight class and he's added all muscle, sombody is using the juice, its very clear.
Also look at Juan Manuel Marquez he's ripped, just look at Chups avatar.
Heres some Margarito shots.
Yup, your boy Juan Manuel Marquez is definitely on the Juice............Chippendale Juice
