The super middle devison is shaping up nicely.

Indeed. But then you're so good at so many other things. I have the greatest respect for british comedy. Though i have a hard time deciding whether Froch is actually funny or if he's just annoying. - Sometimes there's only a very fine line between. I think Froch is more calculating than most people realise. His statements are meant to drum up interest, and even he probably doesn't believe most of it. He is a very exciting fighter anyway. Leaves his chin out to dry and loads up on power shots, but has enough skill to adjust mid-fight and start working the jab. He'd probably beat whatever stiff currently holds the EBU belt (it seems to change very other week).

Froch has a punchers chance against anyone, and has the potential to win a boxing match against anyone, or at least did. I suspect he would be brutally beaten by a top level fighter though. And I suspect many people would like to see that - for either result.

The guy is a comedian - not a boxer. He may pack a punch - but he's still not a boxer. Just listening to him talking about how he'd destroy Calzage, Kessler, Muhammed Ali, God and whoever. Then look at his mediocre acomplishments at the age of 29. Makes me think the guy can't possibly be taking himself seriously. Therefore i assume he's a comedian. Bit like Eddie the Eagle maybe. I would also think Carl Froch's name should be mentioned.. he has MORE pop in his fists than any of the above mentioned.. He has No defence.. But his chin seems quite sturdy.. Well I just saw the Kelssler Beyer fight on YOU-TUBE.. I am pretty sure Calzaghe would have done the same to Beyer .. maybe not the power.. But But kessler only landed about 12 shots through the whole fight.. Beyeronly landed about 10.. Cal would would have to Fear Kesslers right hand and power.. But JCs hands are faster and he would ahve been peppering Beyer way more often.. Beyer is a joke

Yeah, Lacy's still exciting to watch. Just keep him away from the Boyo, isn't it? Probably need to keep him away from Kessler as well. Lacy seems to have shown he can't cope with top class speedy boxer-punchers.

Last I heard was that Mundine was going to face the winner of the kessler/Beyer fight. Any1 know if this is still happening? Well they were interviewing Mundine on Main Event when the fight occured, and he said they had some kind of contract or something that says he gets to fight the winner.. so Mundine should be fighting him sometime early next year he was saying.

Yeah I can't wait until January when Mendey and Hanshaw face off in the final. I'm taking Hanshaw hands down he's too skilled. He win was very surpising, in the way he won.

The divison has two top guys some really good contenders and a plethera of prospects that have mad skills. This is my favorite divison right now with players like. Joe Cal Kessler Bayer Green Bute Mundine Andrade Manfredo mendy hanshaw I am Amazed at the skill lvl in this divison. All the fights I have seen lately from this div have been very exciting. You have a lot of guys who can bang with skill its great stuff. aware the ones above, but not sure of te rest. and Froch also needs to be on the list.
