Fernando Vargas Vs. Sergio Mora in JAN?

Vargas is a warrior, he didn't get babied and didn't want to be babied. Lets get real here, he's levels above Vanes at this stage and Abrahem still hasn't fought the level of opponet Vargas has and Vargas didn't it early in his career he fought everybody. Vargas was alread fighting top fighters. Vanes is taking it easy really easy, hoping he gets better. Vargas could have lasted a long time by fighting lesser fighters but he's a warrior and took on anybody and he has two solid wins over fighters, 1. over Winky, 2. over Quartey and Campas was a serious threat and when he faced him, one of the best Champions at the time. Vic wants Arce so bad that he didn't even mention Arces name at the interview after the fight. His power is over-rated and is easy to hit. He has no power when he throws straight punchs, all his power is in bombs, sombody like Arce is going to smoother him and take all his power away from him. I could easily see Vic on his bicycle against Arce. Vic wants a fight, then have his people contact Hbo. they have contacted HBO and everyone else, VIC vs ARCE may just happen early 2007. and i wouldnt argue that Vargas is ahead of Vanes. Thats pretty obvious. IM just saying he made some poor career choices, and Shelly Finkel (who also manages Vanes) says the same. Vanes would love to fight some of the top guys too right now, he is sparring with the guy that is gonna fight Calzaghe, that BIKA guy, and he actually hurt him once or twice. BUTTT, they wont let him jump in the ring with the top guys just yet, its business, and its making smart decisions to develop a young prospect. We could have all enjoyed alot more of a great fighter like Vargas, had he had some people in his corner that told him not to rush things and let time take its course.

This is retarded, Mora is not going to build up his name and reputation by beating on a damaged Vargas. That damaged Vargas could still do something.. That don't mean nothing.. You never know son... Vargas has fought tough competition. But Mora fighting him could be a risk.

This fight would be good. But i think Vargas can pull it off. But who knows.. After the De La Hoya/Trindad/Mosley losses.. Who knows? Mora could win by stoppage.. By stunning Vargas in a corner and getting a quick stoppage and make it official. This would be an interesting fight.. And i know Mora would take this fight..I mean why wouldn't he?

i remember fernando stating in an interview that he does not want his brother to fight.... He still spars from time to time just to keep in shape. As someone else mentioned his record is 1-0-1. He had natural talent and was a big puncher like his Fernando. If he been more dedicated he would have made noise. "A friend of a friend" supposably has a video of the sparring session, i'll ask him to try and put it up on youtube.

From what I hear Roger got the best of him, so I don't think Mora would last too long with Fernando (he still has enough in the tank to KO a few non-elite guys) Roger is not a very mexican souding name. word is that this two warriors are in discussions for a fight come january....i was just thinking how much more damage would be done to his career if he were to get knocked out by mora....no way it happens i hope....but if it does i have fernando by tko late in the fight..... This would be a good fight to take for both parties involved, I'd say. For Vargas, Mora is a name fighter that he could conceivably destroy and get himself one last big payday from in a bigger fight. For Mora, on the other hand, if there is a beatable big name, it is Fernando Vargas. The guy was never great to begin with and is completely shot now. Still, with all that said, Vargas by TKO in 4.
