I didn't have a high KO percentage, but I had a very powerful punch in my right hook. A guy I fought called Wayne had never even been down as an amateur or pro and I knocked him clean out (with my right hook).
Like Jon Thaxton, he didn't have a high KO percentage but was a huge puncher (some big KO's).
do you kniow anything about a crushed nerve? i have been told i have a crushed nerve in my left wrist:nonono:

His KO's over Norris & Herol Graham were just plain devasting. I've never seen a boxer put so many fighters to sleep literally before they hit the canvas.
The best Jr Middles I have ever seen are Mike McCallum and Thomas Hearns. Both were complete fighters at that weight. Julio Cesar Vazquez was also a very good Jr Middle during the 90's.
Jackson was kill or be killed...his power was unreal.
Benn didn't hit as hard when he left Lynch after the Watson fight (lost speed and power), but he still hit harder enough to knock Doug DeWitt's head from one side of the ring to the other and split Eubank's gumshield in half - with one punch each. And at 168 Benn lost more speed and power, and was hitting guys who weighed 13 stone while he was really just a small MW blown-up because Eubank moved up.
Geoff, you would probably know about Jackson having terrible vision. Have you heard this?
I've heard he had shit eye sight yeah, not helped by a detached retina at some stage either.
If his sight really was as bad as some say, it's amazing that he didn't miss with many shots at all. He must of had instinct.
