I disagree, I think Tito would bring in much more money than PBF. I think no matter what, DLH would alwas be naturally stronger than Floyd, but weaker than Tito. He just sees that Tito's slowing down, and that he would have to be kind of a Tito in a fight against Floyd. He probably thinks he could out hustle Tito for a decision or maybe even a KO but maybe he's worried about Floyd's speed, look what happened in the first Mosley fight. I think at this point he'd beat either one but that's my theory lol

I think he want to get paid if DLH wants him to come out of retirement, plus he wants DLH to stop using his name unless he is willing to put his money where his mouth is. That is how I see it.
