Henry Armstrong...126 to 147.Yes. And for a while, he held the Featherweight, Lightweight and Welterweight titles simultaneously.
He did not win a SuperFeather (aka, Jr. Light or "130-lbs." title) because there was none at the time. There was also no SuperWelter but Armstrong fought the likes of Phil Furr (147 lbs.), Fritizi Zivic (twice and 145+ lbs. each time) and others in contests that today would have been classified as 147-lbs. title encounters.
Good to see ya again, Yogi!
who the fk has mayweather beat at 140 or 147 which you say is quality opposition?......how did he get a title at 147?
no question about him being a great fighter, but he's one smart mofo...knowing when to move into a division ....when there are weak unestablished paper champs!!!...
you people are sickening..judah had a fluke lost (which i had him winning..and if people didnt dislike him so much you losers would have said he was ripped off) to baldomir..now you all are trying to act like judah is a bum or something
other then mayweather who else has won titles from 130-147 against quality opposition?

Oscar also unified 154 lb. titles when he TKO'd a still-quality Vargas after embarassing the now WBA middleweight champ Javier Castillejo, which earned him his first title at 154.
We won't bring up the middleweight "title" he "won".
Oscar Delahoya.
Roberto Duran did it from 135lbs to 160lbs....although he pretty much skipped jrWW and went to WW for bigger fights i.e. SRL. I don't think anyone doubts that Duran would've won a title at 140lbs had he decided to fight there for a year or so.
