Manfredy ws a drama queen. And Puerto Rican. Two strikes. lol, what boxer isnt a drama queen ??? Manfredy was a class act and a good sportsman. He just didnt have a beard. His boxing skills were slightly underrated.

He's got decent boxing skills alright. Except for the tats, the name, and the nickame - he's just an ordinary fighter. Relaxes, can't raise up the level of his game against mediocre fighters. His only claim to fame was Gatti, Floyd and Chico exposed him as...nothing special.

He never won a major title. He wasn't great.

I met Manfredy when he fought Corrales, here in town, he had already dropped his "El Diablo" nickname, he seemed pretty cool.

he should fight jorge paez jr lol since he knocked out his father Chris Webber beating Manfredy awhile back - Webber was the Jack Lamotta of our time but he wasn't great and didn't have the granite chin Lamotta did, but if you know who Webber is then you'd aggree the guy fights like a throw back brawler. I think Manfredy is retired now. But still young to make a comback.

My bad. ANyways, i guess after beating Gatti he got overconfident and then stepped in with Mayweather and got beat soundly and quickly.

He beat Gatti, and few other contenders but aside from the chin, i don't think he had that great of power he had pop in his hands but it was at best average power. One thing i've always like about Manfredy is his fighting style, he had a nice boxing style and put some awsome combinations together when he was in his prime.
