That's so funny I forgot to laugh.

tell that to tarver, dlh, and tito.
nope, roy ran away by moving up and then priced himself out. roy was afraid because he knew that hop would have his number the second time around.

Roy was fighting a lot of good top contenders knocking them out, then he didn't want to go to europe to fight some more tough contenders, then he started taking everybody to the 12 round distance when he could have ko'd them, and somewhere along the line, i lost interest in Jones. The Hopkins situations, is as pbf34 said, Hopkins didn't want the fight. As for a rematch with Toney, Toney was suppoed to defeat Montell Griffen to set up a Jones Jr. rematch, Toney lost twice contraversally, so Griffen instead of Toney gets the title shot against Jones. Toney soon after moved up in weight and gave false impressions that he was done. As for Jones, and the Tarver fight, his move up to weight and coming down ib weight hurt him, making him weak giving Tarver lots of confidence in the rematch. More details, study up on old Jones Jr. articles. Jones Jr. was good, but he could have been so much better if he'd fought all the challengers out their for him. Mayweathers career seems to be headed down the Jones Jr. path and I think Margarito will be Mayweathers, Tarver.

Fucken brutal  fuck tony, he was supposed to lose to Diaz :( seriously Mayweather must fear Margarito no other reason not to fight him.

Yes, i would. He gets enough spanish tv time that he is known to the spanish speaking audiance, which is a big paying audience when it comes to boxing. Before I ever seen his name on the net I already knew who he was. What the net did was piss off the Margarito haters in return, I myself made a few Margarito video so to speard the word of Margarito. Even to this day, the Margarito haters are making Margarito a legend, in the sence that he is talked about from both sides, yet the elite fighters wont fight him so in rational thinking its clear the elite are afraid of Margarito, getting people to see that Margarito must be that good. And so the Legend continues....
Nah, I didn't pay attention when he fought Kyvelos on the undercard of a more important fight on HBO once. Then I watched him lose to Santos and was like whatever. If not for the Cintron fight, I don't think anybody would have a clue who Margarito is.
yea i watched magarito ever since his debut on friday night fight against Lupan. Remeber when he nearly took off lupan ear. incredible. Just unlucky popu;arity wise. He needs to fight someone big.
He gets mentioned in spanish newspapers fairly often. He has also made a few appeances on Solo Boxeo (not fighting but as a guest) and those guys talk about him pretty often, especially of late. Also i saw him on republica deportiva which is a very popular sports show on univision, along with the a few number of fights on hbo, showtime, and espn.
so i'd say i'd know him, my cousins know him too and they are 30 year old mexican guys who have no internet and usually only watch the ppv and some hbo cards.

i saw him on espn first
Its true.
Roy offered him 60/40, which when you break it down, was the biggest payday of Hopkins career.
BHop took the short end of the stick against Tito, but wouldnt take it against Roy.
Roy, the draw, p4p number 1 and the man who had already defeated Hopkins once offered Bernard more money than he has ever recieved and Hopkins turned it down.
that's one way to spin it...
