dat shit should just be on HBO...no fuckin PPV...
he doesn't have a contract with HBO anymore. Lampley, Merchant & Steward will not be calling this fight...
save your $$$ everyone, Jones will win a boring 1 sided UD
and then he'll claim that he's still the #1 pound for pound fighter....in the SAME FASHION that Holyfield always repeats his same 'ole line: "My goal....is to become....undisputed heavyweight champion of tha world"
some guys never know when 2 give up
i dont mind paying that price its kinda sad a legend like roy jones jr reduced to this
well said,
what ever happened to retiring while you are on top, so the legend really lives forever.
I guess its easier said than done when all these pro athletes live for is competition and the challenge to win.
Like every fighter before him.
Jones fans....be careful, you might wind up resembling the Tyson fans, who quietly still believe all Mike needs is Kevin Rooney.
Jones is through, at the top level.
That was unneccessary.
If Mike Tyson had Kevin Rooney in his corner, he'd beat Valuev IMO.
It's funny how people view what's worth spending money on and what's not
C'mon guys, you're boxing fans...
I bet many of you drop 25 bucks the first two hours down at the bar or have already spent 25 after hitting the snack bar with a date at the movies...
...and no HBO free replay on this one either...
Roy had said he plans to bring Old Roy back..and I cant wait to see this fight.
Look I know you're very new to boxing and all, but Roy said the same thing before the 2nd Tarver fight, the Johnson fight, and the third Tarver fight. He says the same thing every fight now that he's been exposed.
Back to the topic, I wouldn't pay a dime to see Roy fight again unless it's against a real opponent.
I'll def watch it, because RJJ is my favorite boxer of all time and he is one of the greatest of the era.
So was Holyfield but I am not looking forward to seeing him fight again.I don't know why but I am kind of a Roy hater.I appreciate what he did but was so happy when Tarver KOed him.......and almost as happy when Johnson did it.
