Alot of talk about Taylor/Wright and Tarver/Hopkins, considering that B-HOP & Winky aren't the most entertaining fighters which would you say will be more entertaining to watch. I just have a feeling that Hopkins is gonna go out there and leave everything he has left in the ring, if you see the countdown Hopkins' trainer is talking about working in fatigued conditions or something like that, I'm hoping he leaves the ring giving it everything he has, but I could be wrong. What do you think and why??? :boxing:
Members of Team Classic need not apologize.
BTW Fuego...your boy is probably gonna get iced on Saturday you know this right?
On the contrary, Corrales is going to shock the hell out of this forum when he beats Castillo by decision. Or late knockout if Castillo goes for broke, whichever way he wants it.
sorry I basically restated what you said in my post

taylor v. winky, i'd say tarver v. hopkins but he didn't go after taylor in their second meeting as many said he would, but with added weight, power, stamina he may fighter every round, but taylor v. winky gots my vote, and i'll be laughing as winky comes in on taylor and talyor just punchs the hell out of winky
i don't know what's going on ferocity, but i'm actually going to agree with you on this.
Winky v. Taylor is more significant for the sport right now and they are both a push in terms of which will create more excitement.
I will go out on a lim and say that both fights will exceed our expectations in terms of excitement and action.
Finally a couple of fights that on paper are snooze fests but turn out to be damn good fights as opposed to the other way around...I like it.

Wow, both fights mean so much to all four fighters. Taylor wants to stay undefeated, Wright wants recognition as one of the best p4p, Tarver wants respect, and Hopkins wants to do what Ray Robinson could not. Even if these fights appear boring, with the legacies of the fighters on the line, I don't see how they could be. Expect 100% efforts from all four guys, which SHOULD translate into 2 really good fights. I'd say Taylor-Wright is more important for the future of boxing, but Tarver-Hopkins will be a better fight in terms of physicality.

this would be an ideal situtation
Now these fights regardless of their importants are not gonna be very entertaining for the average person, they both have the potential of being boring as fu$#, but i dont think that the Taylor/Wright Fight will be that much more entertaining the Hopkins fight, and for whatever reason(I know i'm probably the only one) i think that the Hopkins/Tarver fight will be suprising.

i mean do you really see tarver and hopkins engaging in anything resembling an entertaining fight before the 9 th round bozo?
Yea you are right, it will be more of a hesitant chess match than anything else.
Tarver is active, but he throws a lot of pitty pat punches, and tries to mix in a hard shot every now and then.
It may get interesting late in the fight, but it's hard to say.
I'd say Winky and Taylor just because they're both a lot closer to being on the top of their game.
true, tarer and hopkins are past their prime and this is a good fight for them $$ wise
i mean do you really see tarver and hopkins engaging in anything resembling an entertaining fight before the 9 th round bozo?
my statement was highly subjective- but i hardly here people say:
man what a boring brawl that was
or, on the contrary
damn did you see that staredown? and the way they talked to eachother and snickered as they showed off their best feints
I dont know Winky's defense makes for a dull fight, they both would be boring as fu$%, I'm just hoping Hopkins is more active. I dont think Winky will change his style, but Hopkins might suprise people, i mean he knows why he lost those fight against Taylor, why would he go up in weight to fight the same fight, but Key & Ferocity make good points.
Taylor-Wright by far...
agree,
tarver v hopkins has the potential of being an 11 1/2 round pose off
hopefully taylor knows who he is by now and what he is capable of and goes winky
winky on the flipside can defend and pressure
this fight has alot more potential than than watchin b-hop and tarver fight off their back foot
