I just made a random highlight movie from random fights i have on my computer. But it wont let me upload it onto youtube because i saved it using Windows Movie Maker. Does anyone know how to save it as a Windows Media Player file or something so that i could upload it onto youtube? Thanks in advance

Hmmm, sounds like the only answer you really need is. Go to file and click SAVE MOVIE FILE. Don't go to Save Project, otherwise you can only use it within windows movie maker program. Once you click SAVE MOVIE FILE, name it, then when it asks the quality thing. Click, Show more choices. Then where you can choose, choose the one that says Video-High Quality video(small). You can try Large though usually small will help you with the upload time on youtube and as long as most people don't full screen the video, you can't really notice the decrease in quality from youtube's default size. Hope that helped somewhat. YES. that worked. thanks a lot. ill post my vid up here in a little bit. Thanks for everyones help.

Thanks in advance i've used windows movie maker -great software- and uploaded to youtube with no problems and i just saved it with the normal or least qaulity and i was able to upload to youtube. but if the video you made is more then 100mb or more then 10 minutes long, then youtube will not let you upload to their website. the video must be no longer then 10 minutes and no more then 100mb.

When you choose the resolution of the file choose DVD quality, then it will be an mpg file - could take LONG to upload, though.
