Shannon Briggs, seriously overweight.

Briggs finally got his career back on track, but he is way overweight. It does not look good. What ever hapened to fighting at 220 or so, or perhasp 230. In a bout that goes longer than 4 or 5 rds, the extra weight might be a detrement to his stamina........... He is 6'4'' so a a good weight would be around 230 or so. He needs to start lsoing it fast for big fights he has coming up...........He has the skills to go all the way.............He needs to be conditioned right.......... ..
