Err. Giants his size are rare? I agree he looks freakish but take a look at the NBA - shaq and numerous other nba superstars are well over 7'0 so for the spot of boxing, yes he is an oddball, in general? Nah.

I think its just genetic in his case, he could have an extra Y chromosome, XYY called Jacobs Syndrome or Supermale syndrome. Normal men have XY sex chromosomes but an error during meiosis could cause the male to have 2 or more Y chromosomes. These people tend to be abit taller and more muscular, aswell as agressive. They have fully functional sex tools, and are able to reproduce normal offspring. They also tend to have severe acne even into their later years. occurs in about 1 in 1,000 males. I doubt this is what Valuev has, just wanted to share this. I found it interesting...
