This is what I dislike of Delahoya..........

I must point out what Steward said in the post fight wrap-up, which was something along the lines of Oscar's meaner than he lets on. Beneath the nice guy persona there's still the street kid who had no choice but to box. And I agree with that, I mean look at his profession and how he always tears into his man when he's got him hurt. That kind of killer instinct comes from having been through some shit. I just think the fact that he's humble about it is a good thing. Exactly. If he was so nice he'd let his man off the hook, which he never does. I think he's just smart and has learned how to control himself. He is tough when he fights and tough enough to leave it in the ring.

I never said I hated the guy, just dislike the way he talks. Makes him sound gay " I beat the big bully" cmon who says shit like that? Response to the Klitschko comment: I am a boxing fan not a boxer fan. I pick the pictures in my avatar according to recent fights and pictures that get my attention. Not a big Klitschko fan, but an overall boxing fan.

oscar knows thats probably a fight where there were more school girls, housewives and little kids watching than in any boxing fight for the last 2 years so he is careful in his words :rolleyes:

Oscar always plays the good vs evil role in order to sell fights.

He is intelligent and wise, boxing lasts for a short time, he has opened far more doors with the image he has and will not be one of the champions who is broke after his career ends. He is a nice guy who happens to be one of the greatest fighters of his generation no need for smack talk!

I respect the guy's skills and his talent. But hearing him talk is just annoying. For once I would like Oscar to say " I knocked his ass out, He talked all that shit and I made him eat his words, I made him my bitch. Instead we get " He was the big bully and I wanted to show the bully that I wasn't scared of him blah, blah...........The 24/7 nice guy shit annoys me. i agree hes too much of a nice guy and its so fake great boxer and im a big fan of oscar but he needs to not be so damn queer

Oscar is a role model for a lot of people, he has always known it so he acts accordingly. plus, it sells to be likeable.

Most people hate Oscar because he does not have an image of a boxer but of a model. He dont blame him blame his genes :p Imagine a guy with girls,money and power everybody hates him nomatter what he does. Have anyone seen Oscar's sister?

DLH is and alwasy will be the nice guy thats his persona in and outside the ring, he's not a mayo or Tyson which is y i like him. He doesn't need to talk smack when he smacks you around the ring.

LOL I didnt catch that, when did he say it? He was reading some quotes of Mayorgas' and one of them had bitch in it. They had it up on screen and then Lampley starts reading them and I'm going "oh no he won't, no he won't, OHHH HE SAID BITCH!" ahahah. World Championship Boxing at it's best. All he has to do now is join Merchant for the Happy Hour before they go live and it's gonna be magic.
