Holyfield should not be fighting anymore any true fan knows this.I won't be suprised if this Woods guy beats him that his how far gone Evander is.I have also heard that Virgil Hill will be on this card.Hill even at 40 is still a threat considering he's the WBA Champ at cw now.I would like to see this card so I hope it's on tv.On the subject if Jones doesn't beat Ajamu who is a decent fighter but not on the level of Tarver or Johnson and probably not even Clinton Woods he should never fight again which I don't think he should be fighting now.
Most people know im a big Tyson fan...but im behind Holyfeild 100% in this fight. I pick Holyfeild to win by a KO. Im excited to finally see a great fighter in action. And the HW division needs all the excitment it can get.
Boy uve been watching 2many old videos off holyfield :D,
If uve seen holyfields last few fights (which i think u ant), yall know he ant half the man he once was,
UPDATE urrr boxing dvds or videos cause i fink uve been watching 2 many HOLYFIELD V BOWE Trilogies :D ,
RJJ & Holyfield on the same card hey what next the return of marvin HAGLER, the ppl who are around both HOLYFIELD and RJJ need 2 sit their old asses down and get them in a old ppls home cause their done, i would not watch HOLYFIELD if he was on TV cause its just sad watching a great like him getting beat by some average boxer who Holyfield in his PRIME would destory in a round itss awful
This board is MESSED UP! I knew a lot of people here harbor negitive feelings about Tyson, but Holyfeild to? Ya, he lost his last 3 fights and was TKO'd by Toney. But you can never count an Evander Holyfeild out. He's also fighting a guy who has lost to 3 crappy fighters. It's not like he's stepping into the ring with Wald. Tony tubbs won 3 fights when he was 47! Jack Johnson was knocking out people in his 50's! I think Holyfield will wreck this wood guy.
Dont forget that Roy Jones Jr is on the same card also.
Larry Donald beat Evander. I'm sorry but he should be retired. Were not hating on Evander we just don't want to see him get seriously hurt.
Holyfield is one of my all time favorites, but if he couldn't beat Larry Donald, he is done. His hands just don't listen to his brain anymore. He's taken too many punches. I wish him all the luck in the world in this comeback attempt, but things don't look good in his attempt to gain back the heavyweight championship and that's an understatement. I just hope he doesn't wind up dead because of this.
look i love holyfield i really do. but he is done. your right there is no point in fighting anymore if you cant compete. thats what fighting is wanting to get back to the top. he needs to stop. no one thought he would beat tyson twice. yes that is true. but he was also the real deal than. he should have just called it after being beat by byrd. he had no biz losing to him. he lost to lewis ok every fighter has that one guy he just cant beat. but after losing to byrd he should have called it. he was the best of his time but its over now.
RJJ is back i think this fight will determine weather or not he still has it in him. he didnt look like he wanted it against tarver that was just a fight to prove to everyone that he wont get KOed everytime. but he wants glenn and tarver one more time. so this is the fight that is going to dictate if he still has it.
Damn someone needs to sit down with this guy and tell him that hes done :o . if he keeps fighting then he might get some serious brain damage or somethin like that  . Hes made enough money and he can just retire, he has nothing left to prove now.
What morons. Can Holyfeid be competive against the current champs....NO. Can he whoop this softy he's going to fight....YES.
He's fighting Frank Wood, not a James Toney. Holyfeild is the only "active" fighter I consider great. I never got to watch any of his live fights. I'd like to say i have seen one.
thats the whole point. what the hell is the point of fighting if you have no chance of getting back on top and you can only beat d level opponents
lol,,,your a moron. foreman hadnt taken several beatings and still had his amazing strength and power. holy relied on speed and finesse and got old quickly do to all his tough long fights. if you cant see the difference there your stupid

Sorta like Foreman should have walked away, er....wait a sec. That's right, Foreman became champ at age 45 in his comeback.
Dont count Holyfeild out.

lol,,,you call throwing 20 pushed punches a round excitement? he cant even put a combination together anymore. your an idiot if you dont think he should retire

watch him against donald
he pretty much got shut out agianst the guy who couldnt get rid of that slug of a hw thats saying something
he got his ass KICKED by donald...it wasnt a devisating beating but it was just big jabs and big crosses all night shivers ........retire holy
While its true that Holyfield still has the heart, will and determination that he used to have, he just can't fight annymore. He's old. Foreman got lucky against a glass jaw opponent with the one thing he could always rely on, his power. Holyfield has nothing left that he can rely on. Except for maybe his headbutts.
