Wlad vs Brock

if wlad fights brock i will put 90 bajillion points on wlad, any takers? seriously why is it wlads job to take out every undefeated prospect? i guess after this he will have to fight igbraminov since nobody else will want to

i literally think wlad is all but untouchable at this point in his career. in two consecutive fights he beats the hardest hitter then he beats the "best boxer". not only that, he thoroughly dominates them both (if it wasnt for the KDs, peter wouldve only one a round or two on my scorecard). toney cant touch him. valuev cant do a damn thing to him. sergei would put up a helluva fight, but probly get TKOd cuz of punishment. brewster would not get so lucky the 2nd time around. rahman would get dominated as well. likewise for maskaev. brock would stick around for a while before getting stopped. im not even gonna give ruiz the dignity of being mentioned on this list. wlad would beat them all. the one who stands the best chance is lyko.

I wouldn't mind Valuev-Wlad because Wlad could stop him. But then again, I'd bet on Rahman to KO Valuev the same way he got Meehan. Pound the body and bash the head later. But seriously, Wlad-Liakovich is a FIREFIGHT waiting to happen. Wlad throws the heat, Sergei has the chin. I might pick Sergei to win that one based on his chin alone. wlad doesnt throw like he used to. hes more methodical now. he would probly do the same thing to sergei like he did to peter. but sergei doesnt hit anywhere nearly as hard as peter does, so id have to say: wlad by UD or TKO.

Brock is definitely NOT the guy to dethrone Wlad. Sure, he can take a punch...but so can Byrd. Brock might be a threat for 7 rounds, but I think Klitschko will knock him out. I'd rather not see this fight to be perfectly honest. Klitschko-Liakovich is the best fight out there. id rather see wlad/valuev.

In the post fight interview with E. Steward he said Brock was a possible opponent for Wlad next........Just wondering on peoples thoughts. I personally like Brocks chances being the big puncher he is.I mean like most he will probably be outboxed by Wlad but he has booming power that can come out of nowhere and that could spell disater for an over confident Wlad which IMO the more he wins the more he becomes vunerable to slipping and getting caught.I know I know I am a hater of sorts and I don't know why I just really like seeing him get dropped....... :boxing: brock hasnt proven hes a big puncher. that last guy he fought was a nobody. he couldnt stop mcline and hasnt knocked out a durable guy. imo hes a modest puncher,,but does have pretty good hand speed for a heavy. I just dont think hes strong enough to give much of a test to wlad

brock's nothing special. he might carry some pop, but aside from that, theres not a whole lot going on there. wlad by TKO.

that would be a huge fight i think klitschko would be able to use his jab cross clinch to win either a late ko or decision

brock is really awful, he would get destroyed. brock looked so bad in his last fight until he got that lucky ko that he shouldnt even get mention.

I want a unification either with the winner of Beck vs Valuev or Rahman. Both fights look further away than we wish they would be. In the meantime a fight against Brock would be a pretty good one to watch. Brock is a pretty decent boxer so skill wise he will not be too overwhelmed against Wlad but the jury is still out on how Brock take's a punch.

He recently struggled with and was lucky to beat McCline(who is shit now), and he hasn't really beaten anyone of note. His KO power is not that impressive either. Zuri Lawrence? Hell, he will be lucky to get by the lesser Ibragimov in June and I don't think to highly of that guy either. ...You know I still love you man!!! :friday:

Wlad by early KO. Brock's style is all wrong for him in this fight. Wlad will be smashing him with his left hook and jab all night. Brock is not that big of a puncher either. Easy fight for Wladimir.

Really......I could see that left hook that damn near killed Zuri Lawrence connecting and dropping Wlad like a ton of bricks. :D He would never make it that far in my opinion. I know styles make fights but: Brock struggled with Mcline and was floored in the later rounds. Wladimir went to sleep with everything except a pillow and blanket against Mcline....woke up and decided to knock him out. Brock is nowhere near his level as a fighter, and I don't think it's close. ...We need to address this issue you have with Wlad. Tell me exactly why you don't like him and I will tell you why you should. The guy is exciting, has unmatched offense, he is humble to a fault, and he has come back from major adversity. Don't tell me he is a "robot" either. That's a horrible way to describe one of the smoothest big athletes out there. A robot doesn't have lightening fast hands and a robot isn't able to keep from getting hit while catching a fast opponent at the same time. Wlad is an athlete to be sure. Is it the "gayish" pics with his brother? You know how those silly Euro's are. :D Seriously, what is the deal on you being such a Wlad hater? Also, Brock would stand zero chance and would be KO material inside of 6. I don't know......I am sorry buddy. :o

Run, Don't get too confident from this win over feather fisted Byrd. Brock is a solid heavyweight like I've said before, with heart and a surprisingly good punch from that last fight with Lawrence. The best thing he would have going for him in a fight with Wlad is that he can FIGHT FROM A DISTANCE...as opposed to most guys who fight Wlad and think their only chance is to get inside. All of this being said, Wlad is a big favorite, but Brock is certainly skilled enough and carries the punch necessary to hurt Wlad.

I'm highly confident Wlad would walk right through him, with little trouble whatsoever. I'd also pull the same bet in a fight with Wladimir v.s. Sergei. Same thing.
